Scam with no customer support
My elderly mother ordered two pairs of shoes from their website.
The shoes that arrived were thin, cheaply made fabric glued to foam soles. She paid $150 for shoes that wouldn't pass quality controls at the good will.
We followed their return instructions and they responded telling her she could change sizes for $10.
The website clearly states you can return after emailing them for ANY reason. We emailed again with no response and will be disputing the charge with her card company.
In summary, terrible product with worse customer support.

Appalling customer service
Appalling customer service. Advertising suggests trainers can be returned easily once purchased.
I have returned my item to America, at my own cost, even though the item was dispatched from a London address.
To add insult to injury no one replied to any of the emails I have sent requesting the refund and acknowledgment of the returned items.
It’s very frustrating, I will never buy from this company as they charge a high price for poor quality shoes, then do not respond to requests for a refund that is rightfully mine
I find this mostly American companies, they ignore customers and refuse to act on anything in a timely manner
Do not trust this company. Stressful experience to communicate with them

Sent me the wrong size then replaced them with the correct size and I did not have to return incorrect size! So I donated them to someone in need. Amazing in this day and age that a company would do that. Love their shoes. Don’t wear anything else.

Cheap footwear made in China that cost…
Cheap footwear made in China that cost £50 and posted from China with no returns details Disclose on purchase. When the product arrives and you realize that it’s really something quite cheap and will not wear longer than a few weeks you try and return it you asked to post it to Macedonia to cost of £20.
The alternative is they force you to use the amount to buy other items that are equally cheaply manufactured in order to retain your money.
