I have been using Highborn face care for the last six months. It is by far the very best face product I have used.
I am 63 years old but no one can ever guess my age!
I like the personal touch too. A beautiful handwritten thank you card came from Tracey, a lovely touch.

Great comunication and customer service.
Very nice products. Smooth and natural in attractive packaging. The mascara is particulary moist and kind for my sensitive senior eyes.

These are by far the best products I've used in ages and I've used them all...Elemis, Pevonia, La Mer, etc. It's so nice also to have products that don't break the bank in price. My skin has never looked better.

I love all of the Highborn products I have tried so far. They smell divine and feel really luxurious, but most importantly they have made a massive difference to the tone and texture of my skin. The tinted moisturiser (with SPF) is fabulous for those "make-up free" days. My skin looks like my own but with a healthier glow.

Unfortunately the product wasn’t for me and even though I cancelled my subscription and also my account in plenty of time (months) they still took a payment from me and now I am experiencing terrible issues getting the credit. I received a confirmation to say credit applied over a week ago but still nothing.
The lady on the end of the email responds quickly but just keeps saying she is referring to accounts.
I have also asked for all my details to be deleted including credit card number of which they say will take 6 months!
I’m now going to refer to my credit card company and also check with the ICO on whether they can retain credit card details for this length of time without my permission.

Have started using the products over the last month.I am coming up 70,so had some problem areas,so to be honest I was not expecting great results at my age,but I am so amazed at the results so far.My skin is soft and hydrated,lines and my small wrinkles are not so noticeable I am over the moon with the results so far.I know its more expensive than most products,but to get results like I have it is worth every penny.I thought my age would be a problem skin wise.but your never too old to try .Thank you so much for such great products.

I have just had a fantastic experience from Highborn. I had to return an item, they refunded the cost of the item & the postage even before they had received the product back.
What a great family run business & their products are great too!

Unfortunately not for me. I was so excited seeing the videos and hype around the products. Im 53 and needed a skin boost.
For me I should have delved deeper into the ingredients but as with most things on social, I got carried along. I have rosacea and my skin hasn't reacted very well so can no longer continue using the moisturisers, day or night. Eye gel is ok but nothing else. My fault I guess. Just feels like a waste sadly. Sorry, highborn, and I must stress it's my fault for not checking what's in the cream.

Really and truly wonderful skin care products - the interesting thing about all of the above (except the oils) is the after feeling of your face being wrapped in an invisible skin. The creams vanish and you are left with a glowing face . I have been using the 4 only a week and a half and honestly notice a difference. I am a 73 yr old sun lover and have tried many many products promising many things over the years.These will now be my one and only ! But beware - it’s addictive. You will love each and every one. Packaging is great - very personalised. Lovely reason to support a good cause

I bought some mascara from Highborn and so far it has ticked all the boxes. Goes on smoothly, you can build it up without clumping. I have real problems with my eyelashes falling out as they have never recovered properly from chemo, but this mascara is lovely. I have bought loads of other things but put them away for Christmas……. I may be dipping in and using one box for myself!!
