Got scammed. Offered a 24 hours trial period to test all the ai model on the platform. After verifying credit card info, found no trial period, no credit, subscription is on and only way to test the trial is to upgrade the plan. So unprofessional for a big name. Big scammer! Stay away!

According to the "Network Transaction Management Law", automatic renewal should notify consumers in a prominent manner 5 days before they receive the service, allowing consumers to choose whether to cancel or not. I’m a 3D designer, and I use Higgsfield across a wide range of creative projects. I use it when I need to explore ideas quickly, test different visual directions, and produce high-quality content more efficiently.
My favorite tool is the Canvas feature because it gives me much more control over the creative process. No refund even if you're right
Attention! When you make the payment, the automatic renewal is activated and, if for some reason when you try to deactivate it there is a problem in the platform and it is not deactivated, they answer you that in the terms it is written that they can’t refund you.
Their mistake, their problem and I have to lose the money of a month.
I've never seen a serious company that doesn't refund you, especially if you didn't use credits and the renewal took place the same day you promptly communicated it to them.
The product is ok but I won't use it again.

No flexibility for an honest mistake
The product itself is good, but the customer experience is disappointing.
I accidentally renewed my subscription and contacted support immediately. The renewed subscription was never used, yet they refused to make a one-time goodwill exception because of their policy.
I understand that companies have terms and conditions, but for a digital product that was never used after renewal, I expected a more customer-friendly approach.
The service is already expensive, and unfortunately the support experience did not match the premium price.
UPDATE 1: After posting this review, Higgsfield asked me to contact them again so they could "take another look" at my case. I spent additional time providing account details, invoices, screenshots, and responding to multiple emails, only to receive the exact same response quoting their Terms of Use. The outcome never changed.
At that point, nothing in my original review had changed, so neither had my rating.
In today's world, where even many physical products can be returned, refusing to refund an unused digital subscription reflects a customer policy that prioritizes rigid rules over customer satisfaction, fairness, and flexibility.
UPDATE 2: After my second update, Higgsfield contacted me once again and decided to review my case internally. They ultimately made a one-time goodwill exception and issued a full refund for both the Ultra upgrade and the renewal, with no fees deducted.
I still believe the process took much longer than necessary and required multiple emails, repeated reviews, and a public Trustpilot review before reaching this outcome. However, I appreciate that they ultimately chose to resolve the issue fairly.
For that reason, I have updated my rating to reflect the final outcome. While the process was far from ideal, I appreciate that Higgsfield ultimately chose to resolve the issue fairly.

Seems like a scam, they had a pop up saying you can try out their unlimited plans for 24 hours if you sign up to a plan, but once you go to the payment page, there is no 24 hours trial anymore. In fact they still have this offer on their website but once you sign up, it just disappears. Not a honest way to do business.
