I recently had a very disappointing experience with Higgsfield.ai. They advertised 24 hours of free access, so I entered my credit card details and waited almost the entire day, but the access was never activated.
An invoice was generated, and I also received a notification from my bank, yet Higgsfield sent no clear confirmation email explaining whether the free access had started, when it would expire, or when automatic billing would begin. This creates a serious risk that the trial could activate while the customer is unavailable and then convert into a paid subscription without proper notice.
The lack of transparent communication, clear activation status, and billing notifications is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. A company handling customers’ payment details should provide immediate confirmation, visible trial timing, and clear reminders before any automatic charge.
This experience felt misleading and has significantly reduced my trust in Higgsfield.ai. I expected much better transparency and customer service from a company operating at this level.

I ran into an API issue where my videos came out in the wrong format even though the parameters looked correct on my side. I sent Higgsfield support a detailed report, and honestly, the experience was great. Mason from the support team took it seriously from the first message, got engineering involved, and they confirmed exactly what was happening — then told me a fix was already prepared so it won't happen to anyone else. On top of that, they compensated me generously for the lost credits and even apologized for the extra follow-up it took. 24 hours unlimited is a lie
I was told to give your site and product a try by a friend who has been using the platform for a couple of months. However, within about 3 hours of the site freezing and blanking out frequently, and after being able to generate just a couple of test videos and images from "24 hours of unlimited access", I received an error saying unlimited access is no longer available. So the offer of a day unlimited access is a complete lie and I received around 2 hours. While I think the output from the few prompts I saw were decent, I think i will just look elsewhere and have canceled the subscription. Hugely disappointed.

Extremely poor interface. I tried the bottom tier, and the video quality is extremely poor, it's very hard to use, and so so so so slow (often took 30-45 minutes to generate a 5s clip). It was a waste of money for me.

Free Trial Was a Huge Disappointment
I signed up for Higgsfield AI as a brand-new user because I heard about the advertised 1-day free trial. I entered my card details, activated the trial, and expected to actually be able to test the platform before deciding whether it was worth paying for. Instead, after my very first prompt, I was hit with a "Top up to keep using" message. That is completely unacceptable and one of the worst first impressions I've had with any service. If you're going to advertise a free trial, then it should actually work instead of asking users for money almost immediately.
This experience completely killed any interest I had in using Higgsfield. It feels unprofessional, frustrating, and like a complete waste of my time. I went through the hassle of signing up and providing my payment information only to be blocked from using what was supposed to be a free trial. Rather than making me want to become a customer, this experience guaranteed that I won't be using Higgsfield again, and I definitely can't recommend it based on how poorly this was handled.

Good platform and great support, but pricing is a bit high
Overall, the platform is good and works well. However, I experienced a UX issue during checkout where the site didn't show a loading or confirmation screen, which led to an accidental double charge. Also, I feel that the overall pricing is a bit too high.
That being said, their customer service is excellent. Mason from support helped me immediately, took responsibility for the glitch, and processed a full refund without any hassle. A solid product with great support, just needs some UI improvements and better pricing.
