This is my second Soxon "helper". I can't recommend this helper enough. It is a top tool which works better than all the other sock helpers I have used. I needed a new one to hold ready as my first one is begining to break away through use. I would like to suggest the "pull tapes" should be fixed to pull on the frame not the cover other than that it is pretty much perfect.

Sorry - pressed the wrong star. The handgrabber has not yet been used, but I have had it demonstrated for me and can see how useful it will be as I have shoulder problems and cannot raise arms easily.

Not being able to reach my feet or lower legs I needed something to clean my feet, so the toe cleaning one was great, however I am also only 4ft 9in and the other two aids were far too long for me and even though we have a large shower the handles kept hitting the glass door.
Perhaps a shorter version could be made

Extremely prompt delivery. We received the grabber in the mail less than 24 hours after placing our online order. The product performs very well and is easier to use than many others advertised for the same purpose.

I was asked by an owner to repair their grabber and contacted HHC for a new spring. They informed me that these devices have a lifetime guarantee and they could send out a new one if I gave them evidence of the purchase. It hasn't been received yet but the response was quick, human, helpful and generous in my view. Well done - it was quite an old model.
