Both Gerry and Cormac patiently took us through the options, answered our questions and provided us with the information we needed to make our choice and neither were in any way pushy about the sale. They executed the process in a timely way and kept us up-to-date with what was happening and what we needed to do. Overall a very positive car purchase experience.

I recently purchased a 2022 Ignis from Hertz sales in Limerick and it was a straight forward easy experience from minute one. I gave Hertz a call and was dealing with Dug from the start. He took my number and was always available to answer a question I had about the process or the car itself. Any service history queries or general car info was on hand from him whenever it was requested. Dug made sure that I felt appreciated and supported as a customer and I would highly recommend dealing with him if you're in the market for a used rental. The car itself was immaculate and I was able to take my time getting to know the feel of it in the test drive. Once I had my mind made up, Dug was able to organise all the paperwork and had the car spotless and ready for me the moment I needed it. The whole process start to finish was a breeze and I would definitely consider them in the future for any upgrades I plan on doing. Thanks again to all the staff that helped

I was very sceptical going back to Hertz as I bought a car back in 2020, with the current prices of things I was in two minds of selling my car. But what else can I say but the two lads Cormac and Sean are complete gentleman, looked after me from the minute I walked in the door, Between Cormac showing me the cars and Sean organising the finance, fell in love with a Skoda in moon dust grey and decided to go for it, when I got told by the lads that I got it I was over the moon, The car arrived on Wednesday morning and I got a text straight away to let me know it's ready whenever I was by Cormac, then Sean finalising everything with the finance and making sure it was ready to go I can't thank the two lads enough, there a credit to hertz and if I could buy another car in a few years time I hope it's off one if not both of these guys, thanks again lads
