The team at Heron Financial were phenomenal. Our mortgage advisor Aidan was very efficient in getting us a mortgage offer. He was quick and always ready to answer any question. He explained us the market, and seemed to try to get the best deal to us. Zara made sure to keep us updated and feel at ease while the application was in progress.

Also, Joe from the Protection department is very attentive to find the correct balance of mortgage protection for a given buyer's situation.

Don and Leona were so helpful. They were knowledgable, responsive, very calm and made the process really simple. They sorted out moving my old mortgage onto a new product whilst the conveyancing process was in going (as it was about to expire) and helped me get a good deal for the new mortgage. The Heron Financial Team are lovely. Both Kane and Zara in particular are so helpful, and they are always happy to answer any questions we have as first-time buyers.
