I feel ripped off

I feel ripped off. Bought a strap changing tool for $23. It looks nothing like the one on their website. They refused to help me. The tool works poorly and wouldn’t be worth more then A dollar or two.

Would warn people to never buy straps…

Would warn people to never buy straps from this brand. I ordered one, DHL claimed it was delivered when it wasn’t. I asked Helvetus to open a case with DHL since only the sender can open a case and they refused to do anything about it and claimed that if DHL flagged as delivered is because it was in fact delivered. I did not get the strap and paid for it. So - their customer service is terrible. Would not trust getting another strap.

POOOOR customer experience

I am beyond words. I have ordered the strap more than a month ago. I have been asked to wait-with no time frame. There is also a refusal for a full refund. You are also not able to contact them except by email which will be replied to by aI presumably as the the lack of empathy is quite shocking! Avoid, avoid avoid!

They do not accept returns

I bought a bracelet from Helvetus, and now I'm trying to return it because it doesn't fit my watch properly. We're still within the 14-day return period, but they simply reply that the products are personalized and cannot be returned. Even though it's not a personalized product, it's a bracelet they have in stock and is part of their product catalog. They refuse to take responsibility and find some reason not to approve the return.

Scam

Scam! Paid 100$ for a strap and got one from aliexpress there it costs 10$. Sent it back, they confirmed they received it and issued a refund but I never got my money back, it’s been over 3 months now. The bank recommended I’d block my card and now they’re trying to help me get my money back.

I wish I came on this before I placed…

I wish I came on this before I placed the order, I received a strap from china for my Cartier Santos Dumont which was advertised with a metal strip but came without it. I have sent the strap back and now waiting for a refund which they supposably processed but I haven't got anything yet now seeing these reviews I won't be getting my refund.

Terrible experience.

Terrible experience.

I have been waiting almost a month for my order, and it still has not been delivered. That is not an acceptable delivery time by any standard. The company may try to blame the shipping process, but they remain fully responsible for the order until it is actually delivered.

What makes this even worse is the way they handle the situation. Instead of taking responsibility, they provide poor customer service, misleading information, and empty excuses. There has been no proper solution, no compensation, and no accountability.

I have completely lost confidence in this company and would strongly warn others against ordering from them.

Awful customer service

Awful customer service. I ordered a strap it came the wrong size, they said they would send out a replacement once I had shipped the old one back. I did this back in January and have been waiting for the new one since. 4 months and they will only send an email saying they can’t give me tracking

Don't be fooled. These are really cheap and drop shipped from CHINA. Home office, if you have any problems, is in Switzerland. They don't fit real Rolex and Custer service is terrible. I wouldn't put this product on my wrist even if it was free.

The strap I ordered was the wrong size

The strap I ordered was the wrong size. It arrived direct from China and was cheaply made. I returned it for a refund and had to pay $30 shipping to send it to Switzerland. They told me it was refunded but it wasn’t. I had to get a chargeback through Amex which was successful. Helvetia then threatened me that they would win the dispute as they had evidence to win it. Given that they admitted not having refunded me when they said they had I figured this is their mo for disputes. I have all their emails if they dare to come after me. 1 star is being generous!

DO NOT GET SCAMMED!

DO NOT GET SCAMMED!
Helvetus is NOT a swiss quality brand but a TEMU SCAM! The straps come straight from China and will NEVER FIT the mentioned brands. Trust me I personally tried IWC, ROLEX, TUDOR, HUBLOT and Jaeger. None of them did actually fit the claimed models! Save your money and your nerves!
This is not a swiss company but a scam from China. Customer service is inexistent, you will receive prefabricated lies as answers to all your queries. They will mock you and straight up tell you lies about refunds etc but in reality they know you wont be able to do much about a few hundred Dollars or Euros lost.
DO NOT FALL FOR THIS TRAP!

I recommend Helvetus, the strap ordered for Omega is very nice, updates for tracking the delivery are made instantly, and Mia answered all my questions quickly and in detail.

A middle-man adding massive margins on Ali-Express supplied products.

I ordered a strap for my Cartier Santos XL. It wasnt going to arrive in time for my holiday (as I now know Heletus ship from China), so I also ordered an eBay cheapie just to use in the interim. I now have the Helvetus strap and the eBay cheapie and they are the same straps! Same branding, same construction, cant tell them apart. It appears that Helvetus are a middle-man for Ali Express and the like. I was going to return the Helvetus strap but, after reading horror stories since about them never refunding, I'll keep it and learn my lesson the hard way.

It is a scam! Stay away

It is a scam! Low quality chinese straps.
To get the refund I had to claim it direclty to my bank, because Helvetus lied about the refund being processed and finalized successfully.

I should have read the reviews first…

I don’t know why I keep forgetting to check Trustpilot before ordering anything online. I received a rubber strap today supposedly for a Tudor Black Bay Monochrome and when I installed it was very apparent this strap was not designed for this watch. The fit was terrible. I went to their website and read their refund policy. Basically says you can’t install it on the watch to get a refund. How is someone buying a watch strap supposed to know it doesn’t fit correctly without installing? Seemed shady so I came here to see what their rating is…and now I know I will probably be stuck with this ill fitting strap. If you read through the website they are very careful to give the illusion these items are designed and manufactured by them and the truth is it is manufactured in Shenzhen China. I paid $105 thinking I was buying a premium strap and the truth is I could have bought it for $10-20 on Alibaba or Temu.
