Ordered pants from this brand that seems absolutely legit at first sight. However the product I received looked like a 5$ AliExpress copy... I would have never expected that, literally the worst scam I've ever seen.

It took 3 months to get my issue…
It took 3 months to get my issue resolved. The fact that your customer service told me I needed to resolve my issues with my bank to end the dispute. Seems like this brand lack of customer service is horrible.

DO NOT BUY DIRECTLY
I purchased a jacket and never received it, I’ve contacted the brand multiple times through email, instagram, chat box, and even went as far as writing the founder. The package is stuck at customs because it did not have the proper documentation. FedEx had reached out to the brand as well and there had been no response. This is beyond unethical and to be blatantly ignored when they have my money is so unprofessional.

No package no tracking since 3 weeks
My Mother ordered the black down jacket for me as a Christmas present. Since 3 weeks ( I ordered on 29.11) there is no update. Yesterday the support answered that the can see at the tracking that my order „now has been delivered“. First of all I have no package or anything and not even a tracking number. That‘s a big mess and I’m really upset because I have severely products from the brand an I liked it a lot. But this is a big mess and I am never ordering something again. I hope I get my jacket otherwise I see no other way than taking my money back an opening a PayPal case. ;/

Ordered a jacket which wasn’t available due to some cms issues during the Black Friday promotion - customer service didn’t answered for a week and then just sent me the other piece I ordered - glad I got my money back but will never order any other product there - just sad because I liked the brand a lot

Receive Old Used Sample Item
Not only customer service is not replying, I received used old season item which is not what I ordered.
Order was meant as a gift for a birthday and instead of the Jacket ordered what was received is an old used sample piece. Customer support is not replying to any emails.

Never received any package or updates. customer service doesn't answer and let you move onwards int he waiting line of the chat. At position one you get kicked out automatically.
