Disappointing Experience with Out-of-Stock NotificationI recently purchased a bag from Heliot, only to receive an email three days later stating that the product was out of stock. What’s even more frustrating is that the bag is still listed on their website, showing "three left in stock."This delay in communication and the misleading stock information has been very disappointing. Instead of promptly notifying me, they waited three days to inform me about the issue, which wasted my time and caused unnecessary frustration.still no response to my emails. I was offered a refund or store credit, but the lack of accurate stock information and the delay in notification have left me hesitant to shop with Heliot again. I hope they improve their inventory management and communication with customers to prevent similar experiences in the future

I was quite disapointed by the service. For the price you pay, and because of the way the brand advertises itself, you would expect a nice packaging. Instead, I recieved the pants in a simple plastic bag, shiped in a paper bag. As a customer, I paid an expensive amount for pants that are mainly viscose, I wish the customer experience was better (better packaging, and maybe some card like other brands do).

Additionally, I encountered difficulties with the return shipment process, leading to further frustration. The mishandling of the return resulted in a more complex and inconvenient process than anticipated. Furthermore, the incurred shipping fees of 50 euros were unexpected and unreasonable, especially considering the circumstances surrounding the return.

Moreover, I find it concerning that your company was unable to provide a simple invoice for my order promptly. Timely documentation is a basic expectation for any reputable company, and the lack of this reflects poorly on your professionalism and competence.

As a result of these issues, I am unable to recommend your services to others. The lack of accountability, poor communication, and disregard for customer satisfaction are significant shortcomings that cannot be overlooked.

I request immediate resolution to these matters, including reimbursement for the unnecessary shipping fees and a prompt response to my outstanding inquiries. Failure to address these concerns will only reinforce my decision to seek services elsewhere.

Less than satisfactory finish & craftsmanship of the heels and no way to send them back for a refund as of now.
