I absolutely love the design and quality of the fabric. It is very comfortable and the design makes it a unique and versatile piece of clothing to wear. I truly love it!

After waited around 10 days I had to chase for when my order is being dispatched. Received message that one item was not in stock due to some system error. Unfortunately I decided to cancel the order Very disappointed.

I bought a winter puffer jacket and the quality is absolute garbage. It kills me to say that a danish brand is so disrepresentative of good quality. After two winters of usage i now have a expensive jacket lying that has no use because the zipper doesnt work. I tried to file claim however because the waranty was overdue i got rejected - i didnt even ask for a new jacket i just wanted them to fix the broken zipper.

The parcel was well packed I was really satisfied with my orders.

About 2-3 months ago I had purchased the Carabiner Box Bag from this brand. I really like the design of the bag since it so unique, but unfortunately the quality is horrible. The buckle on the front of the bag doesn't close completely so it looks crooked and opens up very easily, which can cause my stuff inside the bag to fall out. The glazing on the strap was also already peeling off when I received it. I've worn the bag about five times since getting it and the corners of the bag are already wearing off, and I'm someone that isn't even rough and looks after my bags. The only positive thing about the bag is the metal hardware which is way nicer than what most brands use. I have regrets purchasing it since it was quite expensive but the quality is not reflected in what I received...

Product appeared completely different than images shown on website. The material felt like it was worth no more than $50 not even mentioning it fitting differently than the measurements and pictures would have led you to expect. I am a long standing customer of Heliot Emil owning over $1200 of clothes, most purchased through ssense, but i am very very disappointed in this product and expect much better in the future. Not even mentioning my return request still hasn’t provided me a shipping label for the return and it’s starting to look like i may have to get my refund through my bank which would be a massive headache.
