Happy to do something extra

Right from the get go Carl delivered, the quote was spot on, he adjusted it as requested to meet our priories in the new house. The installation was flawless with him even washing up the mugs used for coffee. Carl even came back and installed a shower processor that was needed to be compatible with a Combi boiler. I would not hesitate to recommend them, can’t speak highly enough of them.

Carl was asked to install a central heating system in my house that has previously had storage heaters. He is extremely knowledgable, efficient and helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. He did a great job. I paid in full whilst we still had an outstanding lights in the bathroom job to complete. (An extra I’d asked for) without fail he found the suitable light fittings and came back good as gold. You can trust this company. It’s a breath of fresh air. I will be an ongoing customer now that I have found them.

Carl was very busy during the week before Christmas, but still managed to find time to undertake a major repair on our combi boiler. Without Heat Solve we wouldn't have had heating or hot water over the holiday period.

Came out last year to place a wireless thermostat on my wall. Failed to tell me that there is now a massive hole that needs to be filled. Cold air was able to come into my hallway via garage wall. I didn't understand this was the case because garage inner door I access from hallway
He then came to my property last week to install hive and still didn't tell me about the hole
It was only when a friend came over to move the thermostat that he noticed it and filled the hole

Even if this engineer didn't want to fill the hole, he could have told me. The boiler has bee struggling to get the house above 17 degrees and now I know why.

I won't be using this company again
