Very poor customer service
I ordered a charger on a Sunday. It was not shipped until late in the day on Wednesday. We paid for priority shipping. Although USPS does not guarantee priority shipping, which WAS NOT disclosed on their website, they drug their feet for 4 days and showed no urgency to get my product out the door to me. If a customer pays for priority shipping, a customer should expect priority shipping and expediency from the vendor PRIOR to the order even been dropped off/picked up from USPS. When I confronted them about the slow reaction time to my order, I was met with complaints about Donald Trump(which was weird and unprofessional) and huge diatribe that I was unkind and accompanied by a plethora of excuses. If a vendor is in the business of sales, be in the business of customer service, take accountability and try to accommodate the customer. The last message I got from them was that they would no longer communicate with me because I was spreading hate. Wow! Spreading hate? Dang...I didn't know that expecting adequate customer service was a privilege. We are 11 days in and still no package.

It saddens me that people use bullying to communicate, threats to instill fear, and at someone in customer service who is just trying to help. We won't tolerate this behavior, and we stand by spreading kindness. All are welcome here!!.. except bullying. I don't recall you ordering, only attacking us on how our website doesn't work, which isn't true. Over Thanksgiving, just last weekend, we gave thanks for the opportunity to help people and for trusting us. Note: I believe this is a duplicate in that you wrote two reviews and this is also not true as we have no record of this order.
We paid for expedited shipping because…
We paid for expedited shipping because my father-in-law needed hearing aids desperately! While we waited for the "expidited" shipping they were not evens showing as sent after several days. We wrote the company only to get shamed by them and have them blame USPS rather than take accountability for the fact that they had not even shipped them yet SEVERAL days after the order was placed. Shame on them for blaming others and not taking accountability for their own lack of service!
Very interestingly, it was not me who said the things you accused me of in your reply! I only accused your company of not shipping for several days even though we paid for priority shipping!
