Always a great professional service, Bridget is excellent, using her expertise to perform very good Microsuction ear cleaning.

On Time! And Bernie was very good at talking through exactly what she was doing.

After three visits to another clinic which failed to sort the problem of impacted ear wax and over a month of really reduced hearing I was slightly at my wits end. Kristina and Hearology was absolutely brilliant though, really reassuring and kind and was able to remove the wax in a little over 15 minutes with great advice on follow up. Would thoroughly recommend’
