Absolutely brilliant
Absolutely brilliant. My mum came in on Friday for ear cleaning. They completely unclogged her ears and her hearing has returned to normal. Excellent service.

Actually having a conversation with someone who understands the 'hidden' disability of deafness.
Great to be able to book on line, without having to telephone...sometimes very difficult for deaf people.

Hearology is a warm and welcoming place. the receptionist is helpful.
Zaahira Khan was careful as she cleaned my ears.
But I would council not asking clients/patients to rate their experience. I am not a busy person but busy people may find it annoying!
