I made an appointment to have my ears cleaned at Hear4U. The whole process from start to finish was fantastic. I was given clear instructions on what to do before the appointment and was warmly welcomed on the day. The clinical was very good and the treatment went very well. Although I wanted both ears cleaned, the clinical only charged me for one ear as the other didn't need cleaning. That's being honest and fair. Would definitely recommend.

I was taken aback by the skill used to remove very hard wax from my ears, I have been given wrong diagnoses by doctors saying no wax was present, when my ears were full of wax. Thankyou Hear4U

The team were very accommodating when making the appointment and welcoming on arrival. The procedure was carried out efficiently and informatively by a friendly qualified member of the team. It was a repeat visit for me and I won't hesitate to come back again as required.

My visit was most pleasant mainly because of the member of staff who attended my needs. She explained everything in a simple and understandable way with the end result that I my hearing was considerably improved at the end of the treatment.

I attended to get my ears cleaned out of ear wax which was badly effecting my hearing. The lady who undertook the work had 35 years experience. I was able to see the extent of the wax in my ears as there was a camera and scheme. Both irrigation and micro suction were available. The receptionist and service were superb.

Quick & easy to book. Only had to have the following day as I could not get out of work. Procedure was quick & easy & a pure relief. Easy to find with free parking almost opposite.
