Poor delivery experience

First delivery company indicated there was an issue with the address. When I called they indicated it was a mistake. Then they delivered to wrong address. Thankfully the person who received it brought it to my house. Very poor experience.

My absolute genuine apologies for the delivery hassle you went through with this shipment.

Certainly, this should not have been the case at all.

I can see that from when the order was shipped (on June 10th), because of this error on their end (Purolator) it did end up taking until the 16 to be "delivered" — but even then, as you mention, seemingly to the wrong address.

I am thankful that in the end, you did still end up receiving thanks to the kindness of that individual that brought it over to you.

Generally speaking, unfortunately we don't know about these sorts of delivery issues until customers actually reach out directly to us, and only then we can investigate with the shipping company from our end — since we do have a business account with them (and a dedicated "service representative") we're typically able to get better (and more immediate) help than if you were to just try reaching out to them from your end as a customer.

In our experience, their customer service lines (for all shipping couriers/companies) tend not to be very helpful — and then you still have potential room for error like this.

But, in these scenarios, this is why we always implore the customer to reach out to us directly via support@healthyplanetcanada.com or 1-888-974-4722 if there are any issues with the order, so we can resolve it from our end. Certainly, if it was delivered to a wrong address and you didn't end up receiving (like this individual never ended up bringing it to you) we would still always try to make it right from our end by processing a refund on the order, or sending you out a replacement order free of charge.

Super fast delivery
