It doesn’t work it crashed

It doesn’t work it crashed, and I couldn’t use anything I must have mailed them 30 times with no response , I think it’s a scam , don’t touch unless you have a lot of free time on your hands, In the end I gave up as I couldnt contact them, I had to get sky to cancel it for me, as they do not have a customer service at all, I repeat this company does not have a customer service

Good watch but app needs work

You have to download everything over yr wifi to watch because it kills your mobile data. All other streaming services don't do this but hayu will swallow up all yr mobile data in an hr! Great shows though!. Also in flight mode on a plane it won't let you even watch yr downloads on yr ipad or yr mobile so its not that much of a versatile platfrom. When it works it's great apart from the ads.

Garbage

Garbage! We just signed up for free trial. Watched one episode of Below Deck but can't continue on same series. We would have signed up for monthly fee but if this is how it ( doesn't) work, there is no point!
Forget it & don't pay.
It's a scam.

They have some great content but their user interface is terrible and the fact that you have to log back every time you go back to the app in Rogers is a poor experience.

Subtitles are out of sync

App works fine. Nothing special and does the job. My only qualm with it, is that the subtitles are always out of sync. They appear quicker than the video which is very annoying. I've tried on different devices and it's still the same thing. Have also signed out, deleted the app and re-downloaded. It's been this way for 2 years and I keep hoping they will fix it with the upgrades but nothing!

Hayu Fraud

I cancelled my subscription a month before my renewal started and I received a confirmation email stating that my account had been cancelled and that my account would end on May 11th. I cancelled because I was returning to the US, which means I don't need it anymore since Hayu isn't available in the US.

However, I was still changed for a whole year renewal. When I contacted them they said that my account wasn't cancelled. I forwarded them the cancellation confirmation email and then they said that yes, it was cancelled but it was renewed on May 5th. I asked how that could be if I never did and had zero confirmation from Hayu that my account had been renewed.

They are now saying that because I logged into my account on May 5th, that was me renewing my account. Even though my original account wouldn't end until May 11th. Technically my account was still active until May 11th, accessing my account on May 5th, meant that I renewed my account for another year automatically. How is that legal?!

The worst company over there they…

The worst company over there they scanned me out of the half month of service. I renewed my service on May 27 and it’s good till June 27. It worked last night and this morning it stopped working. I sent them where from and clearly said it’s OK till June 27. I cannot I cannot enter or login. Don’t use hayu. The worst service out there.

Worst plataform ever

Website keeps saying that I can’t watch the shows because I’m watching on too many devices when in fact I am not. Contacted costumer service and response was that their website was up and running. Useless advice. Not surprised by the reviews here.

BUYER BEWARE

I enjoyed watching a series I found a year and a half ago. I unsubscribed……or so I thought. Well months later a fee was take out of my account. To no avail I got nowhere with my request to be reimbursed. This week again a fee was taken out. How many times do I have to request a refund. Their customer service does NOT exist it despicable and shoddy the way WE and paying customers are treated for THEIR mistake.

Scammers

Scammers, stay clear. Cancelled subscription and they kept charging me. Only realized 9 months later (my fault) but when I took it up with them, they would not budge on giving a refund.
