My wife wanted it to watch housewives of somewhere or other but then found out they only allowed the ones she has already seen, tried to find out but no joy they are a joke and when this month is up so is pure time with this useless app

Absolutely disgusting company had a TV off this company and my son threw a toy and it hit the TV screen I notified the hayu TV and was told they couldn't replace it as I had no accidental cover with them I was never told about this witch is £33 I wouldn't even give them 1 star
Tried to cancel before next payment
Tried to cancel before next payment. I was sure I had but the cancellation process is very complicated and designed to make you actually keep your subscription. They will then deny you even tried to cancel it. I was only having a break from this for a few months but now will never be back.
This app is awful
This app is awful. Constantly coming up with an error code or timeout exceeded. When I finish an episode and come off the app it doesn’t stop where I last finished so I never know what episode I’m up to. Slow loading. Worst app I’ve ever used considering it takes my money happily each month to use such a terrible service.
Player doesn’t work
I’ve had good experience with Hayu’s customer service, it their web player and app don’t work properly. I can never get past certain parts of episodes, and there’s episodes of various real housewives franchises that I’ve never seen because they just don’t play. I’ve reported this to Hayu loads of times and always get the same generic response back, but they never improve. It’s actually worse now than it was before. Never heard of them or got accounts with them yet they've managed to take £4-99pending out of my account I don't use ? From PayPal which I also have no or ever had account . Bank can't do anything till its gone out .Can't log on HAYU cos I've not go account with them . 🤬

Constantly buffers or says watching on too many devices when only on one, customer service advice does not fix issue and paying £££ every month for a shoddy service. Sort it out.

The worst support and service. I am still being charged after requesting cancellation since November. The response are delayed between 2-10 days. No empathy, worst service. I advise to request chargebacks to ensure you get your money back for those facing a similar issue

They are crooks and scammers. Scammed me out of months of money. They claimed I signed up via their website which I never did. I signed up via App Store and cancelled my subscription same way. Apparently it kept operating on their website even though I couldn’t use my subscription because it wasn’t active. SCAMMERS

Would give a 0 if it was an option. This app just doesn’t work, happy to take money but won’t provide a service. You’re lucky if you can get 1/2 episodes out of something because whatever device you use it will be unavailable. No one to contact. Scam company don’t waste your money.
Unstable App, no customer service
Was really looking forward to having this subscription, however..cancelled my subscription prior to the trial period ending as App is extremely unstable, times out constantly, kicks you out of the app so you have to keep signing in, which is so annoying! No customer service to contact to correct issue. Don't waste your time or money!!!

Complete joke of a company….customer service is the worst I’ve ever come across,I’ve been paying for my subscription for years then one day I couldn’t access any shows but my money had been take ,I’ve only had two replies to several enquiries,both of them made no sense.I don't think they even read my email….several weeks later and I had to cancel my subscription due to not getting anywhere.The customer service department must be on mars.
Scam company
Scam company. I pre-paid for a year subscription and was never able to access my account. They take your money and do not provide the promised service. I have emailed them 8 times and only gotten 2 (unhelpful) responses. Customer service is a joke. It has been a month now with no service provided.

I will add to the terrible reviews! Do not touch this company, utter shambles. They send out promo codes that do not work, their app is no longer available on Samsung tvs. Shame really as they do have a couple of good series, however the customer service is awful!!!!!

I have signed up for a year and I love the content but the app is absolutely terrible. The subtitles are never in sync.
My watch next is NEVER accurate, I’ve watched whole seasons and it still shows, watch next half way through ep 1? If I watch on my phone, the next time I watch on my tv there is no record of what I’ve watched? I used to get Hayu through prime and I’ve got to say it was so much better. But I don’t like not being able to watch when I travel, so I went direct to Hayu but I really hope you guys are working on the app because frankly it’s painful to use
Always error
Always error. NEVER works. Tried on Samsung tv, android box, brand new MacBook Air, iPhone. Zero possibility to watch or use this service. Company doesn’t care at all 🤷🏼♂️
