Aron was very efficient
Aron was very efficient, and found solutions when it looked like the instillation could not be done. He was polite and tidied up after himself. I am very pleased with the result and would recommend again

Aron Sheridan @ Harvey Water Softeners was fantastic. He arrived on time, explained everything to my wife and I and did a brilliant instillation. He had to move an internal dustbin in the cupboard and nothing was too much trouble. The install went without a hitch and Aron was first class, he was very clean and everything went without a hitch. I couldn’t recommend Aron or Harvey’s highly enough. Brilliant product and staff.

Delivered in perfect condition by Norman - Thank you!! These blocks are quite heavy and used to be delivered in boxes of 5 and would come damaged. Norman delivers them to your door loose and in perfect condition 😁

Excellent Customer Service and Outstanding After-Sales Support
Harvey Water Softeners deserve recognition for the way they handled my case. Although there were some challenges and misunderstandings during the initial installation, the company took full responsibility and worked hard to find the right solution. They arranged multiple engineer visits, listened to my concerns, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was resolved to my satisfaction. The professionalism, communication and after-sales support were excellent throughout. My Harvey Arc is now working perfectly, and I am extremely pleased with the final installation. It's refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely values its customers and stands behind its products. I would highly recommend Harvey Water Softeners.

The whole process went very well
The whole process went very well, from the initial enquiry, receiving the quote, ordering the water softener and finally it being delivered and fitted by Nick. Some of the pipework had to be altered and adapted which Nick did very efficiently and without any mess whatsoever. He called the day before to confirm that everything was ok and called again the following day to tell us what time he would be with us. It was so pleasant dealing with this company and importantly its staff.

We had a water leak under the sink in a newly installed RO system which turned out to be a faulty tee connection in the plastic piping. Simon the engineer who came the next day fixed the problem. 24 hour service from notification to completion. Excellent

I really excellent company from meeting the very first representative who did all of the demonstrating to the young guy who came to fit the water softener to the delivery guy who delivered all the Salt afterwards I highly recommend this and it’s the best thing we’ve done in renovating this property

Jason was a superstar
Jason was a superstar. My old Harvey finally kicked the bucket (4 house moves, and a flood) and within minutes Jason had us sorted with a snazzy new WiFi model and life is restored to normal.
Without question the Harvey is the best softener on the market. It works brilliantly, customer support and service support is superb, which is so reassuring. Not that anything ever goes wrong because ours has never given a moments trouble in nearly 9 years of constant use.
