Click and collect doesn't work, bought a product in the email saying I'll receive another email when the product is ready to collect, after 4 days no email I decide go in person to the shop collect my product, staff say no read yet but let me see if have in stock lol, got my product when got home receive the email ready to collect, improve it guys

I clicked deliver to the car but I waited 40mins and my item was not brought out. I went inside myself as it was near shop closing time. I also did not receive my €100 gift voucher that was advertised when I purchased.

Seamless process from purchase to installation.
Ger and Stan delivered and installed my new fridge freezer this morning.
Both were so polite and professional and had the job done in less than an hour.
Took my old appliance away and all the packaging for recycling. It was a pleasure
dealing with them.

We've always gone to Harvey Norman and will continue to. They make it so easy and email your receipt for safe keeping. Like the way the people work in only 1 department which means we get to speak to someone knowledgeable about the thing we bought who can actually advise, a mattress.

Delivery window was 8 am to 6pm which is too wide in my opinion however I was lucky and got an 8am delivered and communication was good, only thing I wish is they'd take away the plastic from the mattress but otherwise super service.

Ordered sofa on Friday afternoon in showroom and delivered on Tuesday before lunch, got call early on the morning of delivery to give me time, two lovely lads delivered and put together, fantastic service from start to finish. Would definitely go back. Rita Norris Leixlip

Had a new dishwasher delivered and installed by Daniel and James. The installation was smooth and both the installers were friendly, efficient, and clean . They took time to explain the working of the dishwasher and warranty. They checked if I was happy with the installation before leaving. Great service

I ordered applicances for my son and his family. The products were delievered at the time agreed and everything went smoothly.

Well the person at the checkout I showed him the email and the credit card o purchased the phone on he would not give it to me, until he saw proof of id. So I had to do a video call to my wife to get this. I felt like a criminal. Why would I purchase anything again from Harvey Norman. So I was not happy and demand an apology. Yes I have spent a lot of money with tvs all this in the house.

Very happy with my new TV. Click n collect is a great idea, however on the day I had to ring store as was 15 mins waiting at collection point, having emailed to say I was outside. But very pleasant staff as always looked after me.

2 very professional and nice lads . Minimum disruption, put the table together and cleaned up. Good chat and fast and professional assembly.

I had difficulty setting up the health watch ide purchased online so I called into the Airside store to look for help. The cashiers were friendly, curtious and immediately transferred me to their in-store help desk. Again a friendly and curtious staff member worked his way through the process of pairing my new watch with my phone. It was not straight forward, there is no way myself or my husband could have negotiated the process. Thank you for your kindness, patience and help. The cashiers and help desk were exemplary. Thank you one and all.

Installation of our appliances was very well done by Tommy! He went above and beyond and was very helpful with tips etc. Great delivery & service.

Received two texts and a fone call advising approximate delivery time.
Two extremely friendly and courteous gentlemen arrived well within the advised time and promptly installed the new washing machine and removed the old one.
I would highly recommend this delivery service.
