When I rang they said they hadn't it in stock. Which I then had to travel to blanchardstown to get it.

Bought a mobile phone online as it wasn't available in store,got delivered within about 4 days even though it was suppose to be alot longer for delivery so I was very happy with that

They made me sign the papers, without telling me that there is a customer section, where you can report this kind of issues (I wasn't aware of this section). Without giving me solutions, they just apologies and left. After that I realised that any damage caused to the property can be reported to the company.

Very poor service from Harvey norman agents Swords.
1.I had cancelled an order and asked to replace it with another 10 days ago one agent said we asked the refund and he issued an e receipt for the the item to be replaced. I went today after 10 days to check and nothing has been done no refund and no item replaced. Very upsetting 😡
2. I went to claim the earphones 10 days ago one agent said oh come back in 10 days because we done have them in stock . After 10 days another agent said why the other agent told you that!!! You should claim it via Samsung.
Why you dont do do proper training equal to all the agents and test them before starting as they represent the image of the company.!!!!

I said im on my way for contactless delivery to my car which stated we aim to delivery it to your car within 10/15 minutes i waited in my car 50 minutes to have to then enter the shop to be told by a back store employee there was an it glitch
Does not sound very plausible then after brining it out said your okay with it from here at the till like no im not that whys I wanted it dropped to my car cause I can't manage it alone very poor service
