Impossible to get in touch with Harrys
I made an order on December 7th and it was shipped on December 8th, which is fantastic. BUT........it was supposed to arrive on Dec 13th, but they changed it to Dec 14th. This came and went and still no package. It is now the 16th at 7:12 PM. I have emailed them a few different times and they answered only 2 times stating it was due to arrive on the 14th, which had come and gone. Second answer was "It will arrive soon". VERY disappointed and will not be ordering from them going forward.

Better Than Any Other Brand
Better, longer lasting razors than Dollar Shave Club and Gillette. No waste, recyclable and affordable. As a woman who likes to be soft and smooth, I’m happy to keep my subscription as long as the items stay at the quality they’re at!

Used Harry's for the last 5 years, since the launch of the new model I find the blades are no where near as good as they used to be and don't last as long, I've gone back to my previous brand, the new handle is heavier and better made but the blades I find poorer quality

I have tried to cancel my account on several occasions but it's still not done. I have used harry's for year's and it wasn't until I had trouble with my account for the last 6 months that I've had enough.
Disappointing
I have tried Harry's, but I found the blades quite poor. They are quite chunky and, as another reviewer has remarked, it is difficult to manoeuvre the razor to cover the areas immediately above and below the lips. Also, after only two shaves, the blades were already beginning to pull at the stubble, as opposed to slicing through it.

A long time subscription customer and ordered some gifts for Christmas. Items did not arrived and trying to contact Harrys is via an email only. Google found me a number to call which redirected me back to the email address or to text a mobile number. What is it with companies who just do not want to interact with their customers?
After two weeks and two delivers lost by Evri, I asked for a refund and it was granted. The decision to use Evri is a poor choice as the brand quality of Evri rubs off on Harrys which only succeeds in lowering it.
AVOID HARRYS LIKE THE PLAGUE
I used to use Harry’s quite regular but recently this company is failing to adhere to long distance selling regulations.
I place an order on 21 November 2025 and received notification from them that it had been despatched and yet the tracking information could not be followed.
Last week i emailed requesting details as to why they had not delivered my order, no response was received.
Today 4 December 2025 I demanded a full refund as they obviously don’t give a crap regarding customer service. Warning them of the consumer rights act and long distance selling regulations.
Instead of responding they simply refunded my payment, minus of course the £3.95 delivery charges regarding this.
Even though this delivery was made, I have all round cctv surrounding my property and no delivery has ever been made.
As a disabled war pensioner I can not simply accept that they have pocketed £3.95 for doing absolutely nothing, I will recover this money one way or another and will hold this Mickey Mouse company accountable for this.
My advise avoid like the plague as since their start up any standards have fallen quite badly. Simple search will confirm this.

I joined Harry's a number of years ago with their trial pack, since then new blades are delivered free to my address and I've always found their blades to be very good.

This is absolutely the worst razor that I have ever used! In addition to my face and neck, I also shave my head. I have cut my neck and head with the Harry's razors than all of the other razors combined. I thought that maybe I was shaving too fast, but it was no faster that other razors. After the cuts would heal, I would try again. Same result. New razor refill, same result. I finally decided that there was no chance of the Harry's razors work without cutting me so I threw it in the trash and bought more Mach 3 razor refills. I should have stayed with what I know in the first place and left the Harry's on the shelf.

The quality is shockingly poor — it barely gives one clean shave even though it’s advertised for multiple uses. Every time I used it, it felt like dragging a dagger across my face.
