Harry’s apparently lost my account…

Harry’s apparently lost my account entirely. They have no information about me after using them for 3 years. Then the lack of support and piss poor attitudes of the support people made it easy to say goodbye to Harry’s. They didn’t want to help me for eight months believe it or not!

Consistently good!

I have been using this product for several years now and I am really pleased with the service. The blades themselves are really sharp and provides a good shave but also very safe. I tend to change my blades weekly and therefore receive supplies every two months. When I travel on holiday I can’t take my blades with me rather than have blades building up I can go online and postpone my next scheduled delivery by a few weeks. The biggest advantage for me is consistency! In the past my wife purchased my blades with the weekly shopping and every week it would be a different make or design. With Harry, it’s the same shave day after day.

Harry's Plus not available in Canada

I've been a loyal customer of Harry's since it launched and sold exclusively in Target stores. All these years later, Harry's launches Plus and advertises on SiriusXM and Golf Channel, both with Canadian subscribers. And the product is not available in Canada.

Mixed views

Mixed views, my wet shave safety blades do a much better job at a farction of the price.
Gave it a 3 for fairness but will stick with my blades from Japan very sharp and close shave

Finally, I'm free from Harry's. No more.

Years ago I tried to support Harry's as I liked the branding and family started getting me the shavers or blades for birthdays or christmas even after I said no stop. I recently finished my last pointless blade and I'm never coming back. Each blade lasts like 1 to 2 uses as you can clearly see how they have been manufactured to break with 2 tiny plastic pieces holding them together so the blade doesn't fully collapse and right on time, everytime, they break and stop holding the blade up. I'm done, never again. Bye Harry's.

I decided I would try Harry’s Razors…

I decided I would try Harry’s Razors for a change, I purchased one and unfortunately was not impressed, on the first shave I cut myself, I put it down to bad luck, the following day I cut myself twice, it feels cheap and to be honest is not a patch on my normal Razor, buyer beware I cannot recommend this.

Harry’s started out with what I…

Harry’s started out with what I considered wonderful, innovative products and design, luring me to be a regular customer from the outset. But innovations for the last year plus have been disappointing to me. The new packaging of body wash is hard for small hands to hold and falls off my shower shelf— I’ve abandoned it. The new foam shave is a waste of money and it’s inconsistency half way thru use means I throw it away long before one should. What’s more I recently returned to the original blades and handles and I’ve returned to them to get a longer lasting and smoother — and less expensive and probably less profitable shave. I’ve complained but no I’ve had ever responded.

I love my original Harry’s razor BUT…the Plus is awful.

I love my original Harry’s razor.
The new Harry’s Plus is awful. It is numb to use. They make great play on its “weight “ but I fail to see what benefit weight confers.
I presume that this is a cynical attempt to generate cash by selling handsets.
Personally I would not touch it. Mine is going back with all its blades.
This is a marketing misstep.

Best Shave Ever!

Having read some of the other TP reviews, I was cautious about buying a Harry's Plus razor. I have nasty eczema flare-ups, and shaving has become a nightmare, leaving me with blotchy and angry-looking skin. It was also painful.
Harry's is a dream for me. A perfectly weighted handle, wide-spaced blades that don't clog, and an amazing foaming gel that really helps give a smooth, close shave.
I've tried loads of razors, but Harry's is easily the best for me. It's also very reasonably priced and great value for money.

Harry's NEW Plus Razor

From what I've read, Harry's spent ten years developing the Plus Razor, so I tried this new Plus Razor, and I am getting the very best shaves I've ever had. When I get done shaving, I find myself saying, "Wow, I don't believe it!!!" The Plus Razor is built to last, a well-designed razor that feels perfect in my hand while shaving. This is the best razor I've ever had, and I LOVE it!!! Nicely done!!!

What has happened to Harry's?

What has happened to Harry's?

No telephone number and no chat service. You can only email which is not very good when things go wrong.

The level of customer support is, at best, extremely poor.

Ordered two new Harry's Plus handles and 8 x blades. The order turned up today.

Blades - yes.

Handles - no.

2 x shaving gel, not ordered, in the package.

Now playing the waiting game having sent emails with photos and screenshots attached.

Will not be ordering from them again.
