Wow! Unbelievable customer service by Ellie. We came in to find a suit for a wedding. Ellie was extremely knowledgeable and very personable. She knew exactly what she was doing. From the style of suit that fit my husbands build to taking alterations for the suit and dress shirts. Always great selection at this store however Ellie made our shopping experience exceptional!

I don't live in Vancouver so I typically plan a trip to the Pacific Centre location twice a year. Alex has helped me several times and the experience is top quality in every aspect

I ordered something for my husband as a birthday gift. A few days i get an email that my order is “cancelled” due to stock issues or payment. It was clearly a stock issue and I reached out to their customer service and they tried to convince me it’s a payment issue. So rude. The payment clearly went through they just didn’t want to admit that they probably out-sold this and they clearly have an inventory issue. So disappointed! Never ordering from there again.

Isabella and Mitch provided us with amazing service. They were so warm and welcoming, super professional and knowledgeable about the made to measure suits. The products came out amazing! What made our experience unique was their absolute wonderful ability to take care of us and listen to exactly what we wanted. I would recommend anyone looking for a suit for a special occasion, an engagement or wedding to come and look for Isabella and Mitch at Square one. You won’t regret it!

My recent experience at the Harry Rosen store in Square One exceeded my expectations, thanks in large part to the efforts of the sales associate I had the pleasure of working with. Justin B. took the time to understand why I was looking to buy the 2 particular shirts I was looking at and when he didn't have my size for one of them, he made arrangements to have it delivered to me in time for an important Board meeting.

I cannot recommend this place enough for people looking for good styling advise. I have shopped at the Zegna store inside Harry Rosen in the Pacific Centre and each visit was a special treat. My advisor Sam Seyedi is incredibly knowledgeable and very easy to work with. Her great sense of style has earned me so many compliments even in Zegna’s home turf Italy. I would also like to mention the store manager of Zegna for her incredible service! She was able to expedite the alterations, so I can have my garments ready for my upcoming trip. This place is so well run it rivals some of the finest European boutiques I have visited.
