We ordered a tv and it came broken. The order arrived 29thOctoher2025 and till today (17th April 2026) after too many e mails and phone calls, they still say they're sorry but never came to pick up the broken tv or, of course, done anything to replace it or give back the money
I have never written any negative reviews so far, but my experience with the Germanos e-shop has been extremely concerning and feels like a huge scam. I feel obliged to tell my story so future clients are careful.
I purchased a television for €1,099, which was defective from the beginning. Despite reporting the issue immediately, several days have passed without any resolution. During this time, I have received repeated assurances from customer support that were not fulfilled, leaving me without a functioning product and without clear information on when or how this situation will be resolved.
What is particularly alarming is the way this case has been handled. Communication has been unprofessional and, at times, dismissive. I was frequently interrupted and not allowed to fully explain the issue. At one point, a representative explicitly stated that the malfunctioning product was “not their responsibility” but that of a partner. From a customer perspective, this raises serious concerns about accountability and internal processes.
There has been no transparency regarding timelines, no proactive updates, and no clear ownership of the problem. As of now, I have paid the full amount and still do not have a working television or a confirmed resolution plan.
From a customer’s perspective, paying a significant amount of money and being left without a functioning product, clear communication, or accountability creates a highly concerning overall impression of how customer issues are handled.
I strongly urge others to carefully consider this experience before making a purchase and to ensure that clear after-sales support is guaranteed.
What are you telling them to all the customers about the papers and the guarantee are only scams, because the employees from Germanos shop (Rethymno city) are making what they want (or what that was learned, in order to avoid the word: "guarantee"). I was 1 1 day after the delivery, at 9.15 at the shop from where I took Sunday 28.12.2025(15.30) the order and the ladies from there refused me to receive and to send beck the pack, because the box was opened and...............'damaged" !!!!!. They had an contemp attitude and if is the Germanos attitude..................they have a big problem ! Is not a problem of money, is only a problem of attitude and respect for customer! I understand the shop position, but is not fair ! And, is against the laws! Shame on Germanos !

They have been holding my phone Xiaomi Redmi hostage for over 60 days. The situation is a complete fraud:
I handed in the device for a warranty repair.
They arbitrarily denied the warranty coverage but proceeded to perform major hardware repairs (replacing the frame, sensor, and buttons) WITHOUT my written consent.
My Service Report has NO SIGNATURE in the "Cost Acceptance" field.
Now, they are extorting me, demanding €50.00 to return my property, even though I never approved any charge.
Since they repaired it without a cost estimate, they tacitly admitted it was a manufacturing defect. Demanding money after the fact is illegal under EU Consumer Law.

Germanos in Kissamos is a brilliant shop with really knowledgable helpful staff.
They have great displays of their products .
Today I went in today to have the screen replaced on my Galaxy phone. Their techy expert Paniyotis expertly replaced the screen while I waited.
I do recommend this shop to many people and will continue to do so. They are a pleasure to deal with.
If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I ordered an iPhone 16 plus from their site as a gift to my mom, and I chose "pick-up from store (Mykonos)" because it's a pricey item that I want them to handle.
Basically, nothing was handled from their store, and the cold response I got from the woman on duty was that they are not liable if there is a delay and that it's the courier's fault.
I just left and stopped talking to her because it's obvious this person is not willing to help. Don't work in a customer service position if that's the kind of attitude you have, just lock yourself away in an office job that requires zero human interaction. I can get better communication from AI.
The embarrassing part for them is that when I called the main Germanos hotline, they informed me that there have been several tries from the courier to deliver the package, but no one was there and no one was answering their call as well. Just like the other reviews people left here, mentioning that no one answers.
I should have gotten my package by December 23, 2024 the latest, but I received it January 7, 2025.
I've been trying to get a solution for their incompetence but no one is willing to do anything. If it was for me, and not a gift, I'd rather slap them with a refund request.
I have proof of when I was supposed to receive it and when I actually received it.
Plus, screenshots of how long they take to answer on their main telephone number, it took them over half an hour to answer. And how they responded to my complaint through email showing they don't care.
Germanos, as a big business in Greece, I'm highly disappointed at your 0 effort for costumer satisfaction. I hope everyone stops supporting this kind of company and just go to the ones that actually care in giving good service, whether it's a small or big business.
BONUS: They made a mistake for calling me several times. At first I thought they want to redeem themselves somehow, but turns out they thought I ordered something and want to let me know it's on the way. I said, IMPOSSIBLE, I will never order again from Germanos after the terrible experience. I feel bad for the person they are unable to contact, Germanos does not know what they are doing.
Nightmare.I bought a watch and they sent me a boiler! They say that they will refund me after the watch, they mistakenly sent elsewhere, returns to their warehouse.As if it is my mistake.Im waiting for more than a month.

Been trying to buy a few things for gifts and after adding them to the cart, you can do nothing further. Clicking view cart redirects to the homepage so effectively the e-shop is an expensive leaflet.
The only way to bypass this stupid website design is to use a VPN and connect to a server in Greece.
