In more years than I care to remember (about 70!), this has been my best experience ever of going for an eye test - on the NHS, too, so no big deal for the business.
Such pleasant reception and then the ophthalmologist was so knowledgeable and able to explain every detail so clearly and patiently - with no attempt at selling me unneeded glasses - that I felt complete trust.
An added compliment - I have a severe hearing loss. Catherine, I believe her name is, recognised this without me having to explain and she made sure that she communicated with great clarity so I suffered none of the usual expected embarrassment in my usual encounters with health providers.
This is a big thank you.

Appalling. My 84 year old mother spent £2000 on a hearing aid which is broken. She has been waiting months for them to schedule an appointment to have it checked and fixed and still waiting, despite repeated calls. This situation is putting her at risk of dementia but they don’t seem to care.

First class proffesional polite service. Not pushy for sales one bit. Very laid back. I would recommend Harrison eye care Leeds to everyone
