Faversham's only dedicated natural dog shop based at Standard Quay. Harley's Place is home to the legendary Stinky Stuff Island, which is packed full of grain free, natural, air dried snacks. We are a rawhide-free zone. All breeds are welcome. There's always fresh water & some treatos available. I am a Canine Nutritionist so if you need help on what food & supplements are best for your dog come in for a chat. The freezers are stocked with Poppy's Picnic, the shelves have Forthglade wet, lightly baked & cold pressed & There's also Arden Grange & James Wellbeloved Kibble. The toy baskets have Kong stuffies alongside Green & Wild Eco Toys. No dog deli would be complete without JR Pet Products Pure ranges.

Bril! Our golden retriever loves these so much and the calming ones are amazing for fireworks night and a generally nervous dog. And there’s always something new being added and such low prices for great quality treats!

Excellent service
It was very easy to order via the website and order arrived very quickly despite warning of potential delays. As they are a Christmas present for my dogs I can’t comment on how well they’ve been enjoyed but they look delicious

Lovely products. Expensive postage.
The products were lovely and arrived quickly, although I feel the only option of £6 postage was a bit steep seeing as it was just a regular thin cardboard box with no other packaging inside and had a postage label of £3.58 on it.......
Edit: To admit there was a problem with the postage calculations on your website and still not offer me the difference refunded, and then not respond to my Facebook private message to you, is terrible customer service in my opinion.
(You have received a message from me and I received your automated reply saying you’d respond shortly?!! And I can see that it says “seen” by you. I sent it on the 12th December. I don’t want to go round in circles about it. I just don’t see how it’s an error your end yet you say it was down to me to contact you about it prior to shipping....🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️)
On a final note, maybe check your Facebook messenger page for errors then as well as your postage calculator on your website? If I could add screenshots onto here then I 100% would do that as “proof” As I did TRY to contact you privately. Once again I can’t help it if there’s an error your end. Keep the refund, maybe you need it more than me. Happy Christmas to you all.

Hi Katie I can assure you we have not received any contact from you except via the TP platform. Life is too short Katie, I will arrange a refund of £2.42 for you today. Going forward, its always best to contact a business, any business, directly if you think there is a problem before leaving reviews, even more so now in this hideous situation we find ourselves in. Maybe you can use your refund to buy a street person a hot drink or donate it to a charity you support, do some.good with it. Again, have a great Christmas, stay safe.
