I ordered a 15kg bag of Coppens at £64.99 and got sent 8 packets of 2kg low quality rubbish that I wouldn't give to my worst enemy.
In my view you have sent me a substandard replacement food so I will never use you again.
Absolutely dreadful food,goes straight into the filter undigested.
If I could report you for it I would but it's just easier to spend my money somewhere else.
