Price Gouging in Jacksonville
I was on a grandfathered rate of $29 per bag in the Jacksonville area, and got locked out of my account. I set up a new account account and Happy Nest deleted my old account and charged me the new rate of $39.
Talk about price gouging!

Regarding your prior account, which has not been active since November 2025, our records indicate that your per-bag rate at that time was $39.95. The $29.95 per bag pricing was part of a grandfathered structure that applied specifically to customers who were originally enrolled in our per-pound pricing plan- which is an obsolete pricing plan. This rate was not extended to all existing customers.
We also communicated upcoming pricing updates in advance of the transition to our current per-bag model to ensure transparency to any longer term customers so that everyone was on the same page.

I love the service
I love the service , only use it a few times a year. Recently, they keep charging me an open bag fee when the bag is seriously closed. I called and they are supposed to refund me.

I had a great first experience with HappyNest! I’m disabled and unable to make it downstairs to do laundry. Sometimes during busy weeks I can’t make it to the laundry mat either, for these situations where I still need clean clothes, services like this truly help.
