Poplin Reviews

Pretty quick turnaround, neatly folded saves time. Recommend to others who don't have time or are on the go.

Hey, I sent out a humongous load and it came back completely clean and folded and neat, which made organizing for me. Once it got home much easier

Poplin Laundry Service has been absolutely wonderful! I honestly don’t know how I ever lived without it! Everything comes back fresh, beautifully folded, and perfectly organized. It’s such a time-saver and makes life so much easier. I absolutely love this service and highly recommend it!

Prompt pickup and delivery. Excellent folding. Followed air dry instructions. Really appreciated the work that saved me doing it at a laundromat. Thank you!

Poplin has genuinely been a lifesaver for me and my family. Living with a disability means I can't get out and manage the physical demands of household chores, and as a mom, watching mountains of laundry pile up when you feel stuck is heartbreaking.
Poplin changed everything for me. Having my laundry picked up, expertly washed, folded, and brought back to my door has taken an impossible weight off my shoulders. More than just a convenience, it gave me a piece of my motherhood back—it’s something special I can still do to take care of my kids and keep our home running. The service and the care from the Laundry Pros are always top-notch. I don't know what I would do without them!

My experience was great, I highly recommend using Poplin. I have never used a laundry service and Poplin exceeded my expectations. Pick up, communication, delivery, and pricing will have me coming back.

My last service was fast and the clothes were fresh. Communication was very clear and concise

Amanda made this such an easy process. Our clothes were timely picked up, perfectly laundered and folded, and returned quickly. The real time updates in the app and ability to communicate directly with your service provider make this an easy transaction from the very first step. The cost is reasonable and truly helps this busy mama out!

Good turn around, great service

Poplin has seriously made laundry so much easier for helping my out of state mom.
It’s such a relief knowing her laundry delivery service is picked up, washed, folded, and brought back to her door. It’s one less thing for me to worry about and makes life a little easier for both of us. I’m so grateful for Poplin! ~J. Saxton

Poplin has become more of a partner than a resource service. I travel 180+ days a year, and Poplin helps me do it gracefully.

The service not only adds value, it also provides a true cost savings. Hotel laundry services are outrageous.

Receiving my own clean clothes neatly, and carefully, folded and wrapped feels like getting new clothes after a week in a hotel room.

Poplin has saved me time by doing my laundry for me. It's the best app that I have ever discovered. Thank you. -Julia Solano #PoplinChangedMyLife

I genuinely cannot believe I didn’t know about Poplin sooner.

I had seen someone mention Poplin on Facebook before, but I never really thought much about it. Then I finally decided to give it a try, and now I’m sitting here wondering how I managed to miss this for so long. 😂

Instead of packing up my laundry and spending hours at a laundromat, I simply bagged everything up, put it on my porch, and waited. That’s it. My laundry was picked up, cleaned, folded, and returned the next day. The service was fast, everything was done exactly according to my instructions, and the entire process was incredibly easy.

And honestly, one of my favorite parts was that I didn’t even have to see or interact with anyone. 😂 I could handle everything from my phone and my front porch, which made the whole experience completely stress-free.

Poplin took something that normally feels like a chore and made it almost effortless. I got clean, neatly folded laundry back without having to make a trip to the laundromat or spend hours doing it myself.

One random Facebook post introduced me to Poplin, and now I’m wondering why it took me this long to find it. I’m definitely glad I finally did!

The person who did my clothes did such a great job! It was my first time using Poplin and I was high impressed. Will use again

The care and dedication that is displayed each time I use Poplin is by far the best I have ever seen in laundry services. Fast and professional with special attention to the packing is wonderful.
