Finally received my parcel after a fortnight. Obviously those plants are dead now with black leaves and stem.
With those plants , I have also received a car headlight. Hurray!
Clearly, it's my fault that company couldn't find my address and I didn't communicate with them about that.Obviously , company and the owner has no responsibility to call or contact or drop a mail to customer asking them more details of address.
Took me 30 minutes to get to speak to someone to collect the headlight.
It's things like this which ruins your day!.

It's pure laziness on part of company Ans owner to unable to locate address even if it's new build. I have had nearly 15 deliveries from different companies and they all manage to locate the house , if not they gave me a ring!

Plus, if you call them to make a complaint, you can't it's the sender only who can make a claim. But clearly, in eyes of happy house plants, it's me who is the culprit.

Wouldn't recommend the company to anyone. Terrible delivery is one thing, rudeness is other thing,but neither do those plants look like anything like pictures.

Great customer service. Plants were packed extremely well and are absolutely beautiful. I'm very pleased and this will be my first order of many.

I managed to enter the complete wrong postcode for delivery, didn't realise until it tried to be delivered. Happy Houseplants were really quick to respond to my email and sort the issue with the courier for me.

I've had 3 buying experiences with this company, and they always make sure the plants are safely packaged and hydrated. Plants consistently arrived healthy.

The plants, ranging from a Norwich island pine , Swiss Cheese Plant, Philodendron Birkin White are super.

Customer service are even better than their plants. Always kept me informed and open to questions/challenges.

I purchased a very beautiful and unusual Begonia houseplant. Customer service was fantastic- I received advice on how to look after this lovely plant to ensure it stays healthy and grows well as I usually manage to kill houseplants!

Purchased two Portulcaria Afra. One mature and one smaller variegated.

Ordered and the following day I received a call to say as I was local to their premises and due to cold weather they would deliver personally.

Excellent communication and personal touch. Plants arrived yesterday evening and are in beautiful condition.
These plants are delicate and very sensitive to watering, temperature and light and so was worried about delivery through a courier.

I purchased a Draceana reflexa ‘Song of India’ in November that cost me £124. When I unboxed it the plant looked to be healthy but I was shocked to see the soil was soaking wet in the pot. It then started to slowly lose its leaves. I then decided to inspect its roots and noticed the roots were all completely rotten!

Obviously, the seller caused this by watering the plant before putting it straight into a box in November (during a cold spell). I never watered the plant myself as the soil never dried out from being saturated on despatch.

In hindsight I would have checked the roots immediately, so I could have contacted the seller straight away. However, I did not inspect the roots as I didn’t expect a newly purchased plant to be sent to me with root rot and didn’t want to shock the plant in a dormant season, so I didn’t find out until it was too late.

I would never recommend Happy Houseplants. An experienced seller would never heavily water a Draceana immediately before shipping it in a box in November. I should have seen this as a red flag.

Bought an aglonema (pink star variety) and was delivered within 48 hours and wrapped and packed incredibly carefully. I once bought a plant on line from M&S and it arrived absolutely battered! so thumbs up from me to this company, would buy again.

Bought a Dypsis palm, came smaller than expected but in very healthy condition.

They wrapped up the plant with such beloved care. And they made an effort to deliver ahead of the promised date upon me writing to them as to my travel schedule.

I have lots of exotic plants big or small in my Asia home and let me tell you this experience in London is one that will keep me buying from them from now on.

I bought a 190cm Mexican Fortune Tree (Pachira Aquatica) back in November 2021, and I was really happy with the customer service then, and even more so in recent months with their ongoing customer support. I was concerned the plant wasn't responding to my efforts, so I reached out, and they talked me through my current regime, and suggested changes. 2 months later the plant is thriving again, and looking fantastic!

I had some issues with the plants but the company resolved them immediately and gave me refund so i highly recommend this company. you are in safe hands with this company.

Having used this company a few times in the past, I placed a small order. As ever, was not disappointed. The plants arrived in excellent condition - no surprise as they were very well packaged. (I note that the packaging was plastic-free - even the tape was paper - which is even more impressive and sustainable.) Will certainly be ordering again. Thanks so much.

Brilliant service, great plants. Couldn’t fault them.

My plant arrived in slightly poor condition but when I contacted happy houseplants i was immediately given a refund and a very understanding and apologetic email, with the poor weather conditions currently impacting their deliveries.

A delay in delivery from the courier meant the Obliqua I ordered spent a night out in the freezing cold. Emily was really helpful with tips on how to give the plant a chance of recovering but when it became apparent this wasn't going to happen Mark refunded me within minutes of asking. And this was late on a Friday evening too!
