Fitted new back door and 7 windows to my bungalow. 2 fitter were efficient and friendly. Arrived at agreed times and fitted everything in just 2 days. Price reasonable good quality materials

I ordered a door with a knocker and spy hole. I told happier windows that the door knocker and spy hole are missing from the door that is being installed. The woman on the phone said she will chase it up. That was in March! It's now August. I have contacted them again via phone and email and getting the run around. Very disappointing as the installation team were really friendly and professional.

From the online quote, to surveyor, to fitting, customer service has been outstanding. The lads who fitted were brilliant: fun, friendly and honest. Their craftsmanship is second to none and the finished product has surpassed expectations. For the price, I really dont understand why you'd choose anyone else.

THE COMPANY CAME OUT IN EARLY DEC TO FIT DOUBLE GLAZING WINDOWS. THE WINDOWS AND FITTING ARE OF SUB STANDARD QUALITY. THE RENDER AT THE FRONT OF HOUSE WAS DAMAGED. TRIED TO BLAME THE SCAFFOLDERS. REFUSED TO ACKNOWLEDGE BLAME AND RECTIFY IT. THE FINANCE COMPANY ALREADY PAID THEM AND REFUSE TO DEAL WITH THE ISSUE TOO.

STAY AWAY... BETTER SPEAK TO LOCAL RECOMMENDED TRADESMEN.

Dean and Chad arrived bang on time to install the door we had ordered.They were two very nice and amicable workers who did a very professional installation.All the equipment they needed was in their vehicle so we were not held up at all through lack of parts.Overall a very nice job by very nice people------thank you Dean and Chad.

Chloe was very helpful and patient. One or two issues with the sorting of the funding options but all sorted in the end.
The team of window fitters was courteous polite and very experienced. They did a gear job and the new windows just look fantastic .

From start to finish I have been absolutely delighted with the service received from Happier Windows. No salesman, no pressure, no fuss. From Chloe in the office who answered all my questions quickly and politely, to Robin who came and checked my measurements who was chatty and friendly. The fitters Dean and his gang had me in histerics whilst working but also made me feel at complete ease and did an outstanding job, even cleaning up to my standards and that's saying something. If you are reading this as you are still unsure, look no further, I would highly recommend this company to family and friends anytime.
