What a great experience having this workshop at Fire Work glass studio. Debby was lovely and very professional and Izach was a very enthusiastic and clearly experienced glass artist. As someone who studied glass at college but not since, it was nice to reconnect and reminisce and I've got to come home with 3 lovely pieces of new glasswork. Izach was very patient despite my mistakes and it's perfect for complete novices as he'll ensure you take something quality home. Thank you so much

Fantastic glassblowing workshop with Izach and Debby. Both my friend and I had an excellent time, we made three pieces in the 2 hours we spent in the hot shop. Izach explained everything in detail to us both and we both have a new appreciation for the craft!

Mum and I had a fantastic time when attending the make your own glass experience, Izach was a brilliant teacher and very knowledgeable. We were amazed at the 3 pieces we were able to make, being complete novices. We were also sent photographs and videos, which along with the pieces we made, are a wonderful way to remember the day.
This was an amazing and unique experience which we would highly recommend everyone to have a go at.
Many thanks to Izach and Debby

Myself and a friend went for her birthday treat. We both really enjoyed the whole experience. By the end of our session we had made a paperweight and two bowls, all completely different colours. We were guided through every step of the way, with plenty of opportunity to ask questions. I would definitely recommend this workshop, and I'm hoping to come back and do another one with my husband in the next few months.

I booked the glass blowing experience as a Valentine’s present for my husband. Izach was a great teacher who gave us a fun new experience where we successfully made 3 items. The session was organised very well and Izach and Debby were both very friendly. We had a great time and I didn’t stop smiling. We will definitely be back!

We had such a good time in the extraordinary Glass Studio with Izach and Debby. Izach was an excellent and enthusiastic teacher and, with his help and guidance (and Debby's), we came away with three beautiful items that now have pride of place in our home. The science and techniques for glassblowing were fascinating as was the equipment we used. Superb experience.

We had the best time at at the Fire Work Glass Studio. Izach and Debby where brilliant hosts and tutors, full of information and enthusiasm. It was a really hands on experience, and so much to choose from in terms of creating. They deserve a special thanks for going ahead with the booking despite Izach's injury and also for the added extras like photographing & recording our time, postage and provisions. The cost is so reasonable considering everything that is included on the day too. The studio is situated in beautiful gardens and the whole thing was stunning.

This was a surprise from my husband for my birthday and we had a really good time.Understanding how it all works and the chemistry of glass was fascinating and Izach was a patient teacher. We were hands on straight away and made 3 pieces between us - all to our own design and colours ( to put in 3 different rooms at home). We'd highly recommend giving this a try; 90 mins of learning something new and 3 unique pieces of glass wear.

We really loved our glass blowing experience. We were able to get involved and try loads of different techniques and parts of the process and left with three items we're really happy with: a paperweight, a whisky glass and a jug. It was such a fascinating experience and we had a great time

I was gifted this experience for my birthday and would have to say that it’s one of the best presents I’ve ever received. Izach and Debbie were both very friendly and welcoming. Any worries or nervousness were quickly put at ease. During the session I was able to make a paperweight, whiskey glass and stemless wineglass. During the making of the items, there were times where Izach needed to takeover to compete a step, however I always felt fully involved in the process and learnt so much.
I’m really proud of my beautiful glass pieces and would highly recommend this experience to anyone able to have the chance. An added bonus is that the location is stunning and it’s a very short drive from Totnes.

Amazing customer service from Debbie & end product from Izach. I had requested a bespoke item (glass onion) which they had never done before. They gave it a go and were successful! Such a fast turn around.

Absolutely brilliant! I am totally non-creative and my partner is a whizz at DIY and we both had a great time. Izak is a great teacher - and very patient. It’s an unusual thing to be able to experience and you are hands on making things from the get-go. Izak is by your side all the time so you cannot go wrong and you will produce some lovely things. I was amazed at how much I liked the pieces we made. I had envisaged that I would product some ugly misshapen lump but that was not the case at all.

Wow! What an experience. Debby was so accommodating to work with our requests for three of us to make Christmas baubles. Izach made our session really 'hands on ' . We were all lucky enough to create 2 very individual baubles of our choice. Debby took loads of photos and sent these to us as a great record of our session.
Debby kindly packaged the baubles up the next day and sent them to us. We were all delighted with our lovely keepsakes. Don't hesitate book it for a fantastic hands on experience

I took my mum to try glass blowing as a birthday present and we both had a great time! We made baubles and a paperweight which Debby kindly sent safely in the post to us a couple of days later. Both Debby and Izach were great! Very patient and fully explained each step so we understood what we were doing. Would definitely recommend as a gift or just to try something different!

Just had a brilliant afternoon. It was so interesting to see Izach's amazing skill and expertise in action. Really appreciated the time and effort that he put in planning for the session as my son had something specific he wanted to try and make . Thank you so much Izach and Debby.
