Really pleased with Hanna Stiltoe company. My package was lost by Royal Mail. It was received at the depot and then no more activity on the tracker. Without a question customer services have sent me another one. They too could see it was missing in action and without any hassle, admin, uploading photos they just sent another in the post straight away. This is amazing customer service and we should get this from all companies. Thank you.

I have had psoriasis for over 30 years now and nothing I have tried whether prescribed creams, tablets and injections or topical creams and lotions nothing has had any real impact on my psoriasis nor worked for any length of time. I decided to try the Multistrain Biotic & Prebiotic Hand Cream having seen it on Instagram. I was sceptical as I have had little or no success with anything I have tried before. I have been using both for just over 3 months now and for the last month I have no scaling whatsoever and minimal redness in some areas like my elbows and any of the redness left on my knuckles has now gone completely and you wouldn’t know I had had psoriasis there for decades. Be patient as results are not immediate but after the first month I started to notice a dramatic difference. I can’t recommend Hanna’s product enough, all natural and no harsh chemicals.
Their customer service is also fantastic. Had a query about my subscription so emailed customer service thinking I’d get a standard reply saying someone will be in touch with 5-7 days but, had a reply within 5 minutes and my query answered and explained really well and then followed up with additional useful information.

I have bought the product and ended up paying 30 euro for the customs, I refuse to pay this again but can't cancel subscription. Emailed 3 times was given just "according to our policy" replies.

Lovely products that come beautifully packaged. I have the face cleanser and it is absolutely the best I have ever used and also an added bonus is that it removes makeup brilliantly-other makeup removers I have used have given me an allergic reaction but not this one.

I would never go a day without my multistrain probiotic now. This helps my digestion but also my guttate psoriasis i have. Also keeps my body in check with that and vitamins I take for my psoriatic arthritis. Such a great boost for the body. Hannah books are my all time fave too as they give me the right tools for helping detox and healing my body from within. Hannah is the skin queen 🫶🏻

Excellent customer service!! I see some negative reviews on here, but the service i received was honestly excellent. Staff are courteous and friendly. I received my parcel containing the hydrating cleanser promptly but found that i couldn't get the dispenser pump to work. Amy replied quickly to my query saying they'd be happy to replace the pump but gave me a suggestion to try first and i managed to get it working myself. She also readily offered advice when i asked about other products and was sympathetic and interested to help when i described the condition i am trying to treat. I tend to find that if i treat people with respect it is returned. The product itself is great and is not irritating to my damaged skin barrier. A little goes a long way too. I wholeheartedly recommend this company.

Wouldn't be without my biotic. I was suffering with poor digestion, hormonal acne and very dry patches of skin following multiple rounds of antibiotics. I've been taking the biotic for 4 months and noticed slow but steady improvements the whole time, after almost a year of getting nowhere with other supplements. My nails now grow so fast I have to have them done every 2 weeks instead of 3, my hairdresser commented on how much new growth I have at the root, my digestion has become much more regular and all of my skin problems are improving. Really looking forward to seeing how I will be at 6 months and after 1 year!

The nature of these skin conditions mean that your skin is likely to get a little worse before it improves. I experienced exactly this. After using the products for about two months my skin got progressively worse. Following this my skin cleared up completely. The improvement I saw was incredible. It needs time and patience.

I purchased a couple of bottles and then subscribed. I wanted to stop the subscription due to not believing it was helping. They tie you in for three purchases! Now if something is good and they back it. Why won’t they let you unsubscribe when you want! Con

Product didn’t work, was told to buy more and give it time & the customer service is horrendous, extremely rude!

I never write negative reviews but I felt I had to in this case. Terrible customer service. Refused a refund after having an allergic reaction to one of their products. Products are overpriced and claim benefits that they don’t give. They also spam you with loads of emails after ordering, telling you to share your ‘success story’.

Love the multi strain biotic, so far seeing improvements in digestion. Hoping it helps with my skin but sure it will if digestion is already improving.

For those advising it had negative side effects, this is what happens when you take probiotic live cultures. It means it is working, as it kills the bad bacteria, causing negative digestive effects in the short term

Having used Jo Malone handcream to sooth my dry hands I rubbed my eyes and face through tiredness. Within min my face was very sore, burning hot and swollen. I immediately washed my hands and reached for and applied Hanna Sillitoe Vit D Boosting Cream. No sooner had I applied this cream to my face, the swelling subsided and the redness diminished. I can't rate this cream enough, I'm so Impressed. My face feels comfortable and pain free. 😌

Psoriasis - Products sooth really well and are better than putting chemicals on your body.

I don't see much change in the redness like most reviews and have been using the products for over a year but they are still better than any prescription creams etc you can get.

The main cure is git health through a strict diet but there are a lot of restrictions.

A little over priced.

What a dreadful company. I only gave 1 star as couldn’t put zero. They have taken two payments and blame it onto the payment company you cannot return an item even if it’s unopened. I haven’t even tried the product yet but I’m not convinced as it seems like a bit of a scam. They told me I put my wrong email address but they were emailing me and passing the problem off. I will of course update. It’s also difficult to put reviews on as when you put in Hannah stillitoe it comes up as nknown so does take a bit of detective work

Whilst the website doesn't explicitly make claims about success, for those suffering with Psoriasis its very easy to be drawn in with the amazing success some people have had posted on the website. Be careful, I kept in touch with the seller for three months, telling them I was was seeing ZERO improvement, "Keep going its takes two months" was the first reply, "Keep going it takes three months" was the second reply , "You may be having a healing flare" was the next one followed by "You may need to keep going for longer". NO!!!! - you have had enough of my money for ZERO benefit. I asked for my money back I was told they couldn't accept back opened products - off course I opened it you morons!!!!! for 3 months. Hope it works for you but it's expensive and didn't do one iota of good for me - and the help team are pretty patronising too!

I came across Hanna’s website in desperation. My son’s eczema was getting worse and worse. Steroids were working only while we used them and they made his skin so sensitive. Since starting the multi strain biotic and prebiotic hand cream, we are finally seeing results that work!!!!
The customer service team have been wonderful, clearly people who care! Couldn’t recommend enough!!

I am not at all impressed with the customer service . I found some seeds in one their plastic juice bottles. I sent photos also photos taken under a microscope. I offered to return the bottle with the seeds in . I sent them the bottle with the seeds in .
They ignored my emails and made excuses for not replying. And in the end after I sent a number of emails they were basically denying that the seeds were in their juice. Unbelievable! I will never order juices from them . Kitchen Rebel ( used to be known as Think Press) have much better juices and have an excellent customer service team .

Bought the MULTI STRAIN BIOTIC from Hannah Stillitoe. The product made me unwell, nausea and bloated feeling very sick.

I asked for the subscription to be cancelled. I didn't ask for a refund on the product just to cancel my subscription as their product was making me unwell. They responded with "I'm sorry to hear you've been feeling unwell.

You are currently subscribed to our minimum 3 month delivery. If you would like to terminate the contract early I can send you a payment request for our £15 cancellation fee"

I’m very surprised that they would not cancel my subscription after I had told them I’ve been ill after using their product. This is not how I would expect any company to react when customer welfare should be a priority, especially when the product in question is supposed to be for the good of my health, rather than the opposite.

Really overpriced and does not do what it 'says on the tin'. Even reaching out to the creator was a waste of time. Regardless of the worsening on my skin condition due to using her product I'm expected to foot the bill for postage to get my money back. Why not add insult to injury ? - literally.
