Excellent speed, service, and quality

I called up Halo in need of a new rim on short notice. They were able to answer my questions and dispatched immediately after placing the order for the rim to get to me the next day. Excellent speed and service and a great quality rim

Warranty

I had an unfortunate issue with my freehub body, which broke after a year. I sent one email with a picture and sales invoice, and they happily sent out a replacement. Great experience and brilliant sounding hub.

Products great

Products great. Delivery could be better, the package sat in a warehouse in Glasgow for several days before progressing further.

All is well, good item

Reiceived the item in quite good order, delivery via GLS was kind of a horror, it took 3 attempts. However, it got here. The item is OK, feels very good.
Now I only need to build a wheel with it after ordering the correct spokes that fit with my rim.
So, all good.
