I have just purchased a Birdlip 4x6ft. greenhouse with staging. The build quality is excellent,its only taken several days with carefull assembly. One roof pain of glass was brocken but replaced within three days, its now installed and I have tomatoes and cucumbers growing inside it now. I am very pleased with the product and the service I have received. Thankyou

Quality product, super helpful customer service support who were able to steer us in the right direction when we got stuck. Instructions - terrible for novice diy'ers. The newer instructions email were better, with clearer images but still not much detail about which bolts to use ( 2 sizes provided, no mention of where the different ones were used) and some instructions not even referencing parts that were included in that section. Photograph's please and a video for the lean too greenhouse would be helpful.

I bought the Supreme 812. I was dismayed at the number of components, and how they fitted together. I was able to access extra instructions and videos thanks to Rachel Marsh, which helped me complete the assembly.

Our greenhouse is of good quality. It took our own d.i.y. installation a few days to complete but now all looking good. Thank you to Julianna Greenhouses/Halls Greenhouses for their very excellent service.

We recently ‘inherited’ a Halls Magnum greenhouse which was requiring some TLC but had potential. We contacted Halls regarding purchasing parts - some of which were significant - to enable us to reinstate it. Basically we needed some help & advice too.
The telephone was answered by a ‘person’ & we were able to ask questions & discuss the problems we were facing. The customer service was outstanding: the ‘problems’ we were facing were listened to - understood - & answers suggestions made - parts referenced & found. We were able to order what we needed & now have a wonderful addition to our garden.
It is great to find a company & team - that actually provide the long term support of their products beyond just sales (or infact primary sales).
We have returned to them & bought additional items to now enhance our greenhouse.

We bought an 8x6 popular for self-assembly. Delivered in good quick time at a busy time of the year, this is a great and well-engineered product. A small glitch with a broken piece of glass was quickly sorted by the wonderful Rachel. Great step by step instructions, and two of us old fogeys managed the assembly over a couple of days. We certainly couldn't have got better for the price.

Bought a 6x6 Curved Greenhouse and what a little cracker it is! Took my time and did it section by section. The instructions were pretty good and anything unclear was resolved by a quick call to to Rachel at Halls - what a star! Looking forward to growing fruit and veg over the years ahead. Highly recommend.

I ordered a small lean-to greenhouse because we do not have much room in our garden for anything bigger. Delivery was quicker than anticipated so a great service by Halls. I have to say, we are used to constructing things but we struggled with the instructions. The pictures in them were of a poor quality so we weren't sure we had aligned the pieces together properly and a few times, we had to take them apart again and turn them around. I wish the pictures had been clearer and in colour as we would have put everything together more quickly. I am glad we ordered the base too because it looks much better with it and we filled it with pea gravel to give it a cottage garden feel. Now we finally completed it and I am delighted with it. We had all our seedlings in one of those plastic greenhouses but now we have purchased shelving and moved them into our new greenhouse. I would also recommend the vent opener because that saves you job opening and closing the window all the time. I wish I could post pictures to show how lovely it looks.

We purchased a green house from the Range with poly windows and it was just awful. First bit of bad weather and all the panels blew out and it was damaged. The range didn’t want to know. So we decided to get a glass one and found this website. Ordered it and got an email straight away informing us that delivery is up to 9 weeks. Got another email shortly after saying it was coming and gave a delivery day. Was delivered in around 3-4 weeks. When we unpacked it you could imperially tell it was very good quality and the instructions were clear and easy to understand. The green house took around 5 hours all in to put together. We had a slight issue when opening the last box of glass panels one of them was shattered. I emailed customer service and they were brilliant and they had a new glass panel sent out next working day delivery. I emailed on the Sunday and it came today Tuesday. I would highly recommend this website and the greenhouse we purchased. Also would like to thank Rachel marsh in customer service team for her excellent service. Kept us informed all the way when it would be delivered and also got a replacement glass panel sent out very quickly for us. Thanks again.

Rachel was so pleasant and helpful. She was also so professional and knowledgeable about the replacement parts we needed for our storm damaged greenhouse. Parts arrived promptly as promised. Fantastic service. Thank you.

Having , earlier this week, lost one of the large panes of glass in my greenhouse, due to an accidental knock, I phoned Customer Service. Rachel couldn’t have been more helpful, and arranged for a replacement to be sent. I was incredibly impressed when, this morning, the glass and clamps arrived by courier. I was not expecting such a speedy delivery and my thanks to all concerned. My greenhouse is now sporting its new glass pane. That is what I call fantastic service.

Installed a 86 today for a friend had a few minor head scratching issues but were resolved very easy by a quick answered call to a happy helpful lady called Rachel

My second purchase from this company , after my awesome greenhouse delivery , I ordered staging for the inside. What can I say, it was delivered in perfect condition, it was easy to asset and it looks great.
Top service all around !

Despite the age of my Hall's greenhouse the required parts were readily available and the speed of delivery and help I received were first class.

The quality of the Green was very poor .
It took 3 of us ( one person was amazingly practical) 7 hours to put up.
Instructions soooo poor .

Not value for money

I only needed a few parts to repair an old greenhouse and emailed Halls for help. The response and recommendations came through quickly and I ordered the parts online. A few days later the parts arrived and they are exactly what I needed. Excellent prompt service.

My lean to 6x2 greenhouse arrived on time and well packaged. However here's the but... the instruction manual is terrible! Even looked online and although the pictures were slightly clearer it's still not straightforward. It's just diagrams and no text which doesn't work for me at all. I've put together a number of flat pack items during my 50 years on this earth but this is mind boggling stuff. It's day 3 and all I've managed is the base and the front panel. The rubber strips for the glazing are awkward to fit and, after much deliberation I've decided to wait until I've fully constructed the frame with assistance before trying to put this onto the metalwork because it keeps falling off.

It's a shame because the metalwork is clearly good quality.

Bought a 8x6 Popular powder coated greenhouse late last year. Great value with current discount and horticultural glass. Did not buy the foundation but built my own using pressure treated sleepers that gave extra height. Delivered on time with a helpful driver. Assembled the side panels and door on my kitchen floor as it is level, warm, dry, and near the coffee machine. Halls should be ashamed of the quality of the instruction booklet which is probably the source of the majority of the negative reviews. Fortunately the downloaded pdf is acceptable quality. I assembled and glazed the greenhouse by myself apart from 30 minutes help while I fixed the panel corners. Overall I found the assembly quite easy and completed it much quicker than anticipated. Only difficulty was upper glass panels in the roof. Glad I didn't choose 4" x 2" toughened glass. Completed it looks brilliant and feels very sturdy. Only time will tell if it can withstand long term weather.
