Ordering was easy, delivery was prompt and carefully offloaded. All items were boxed and marked up. Glass panels were all in a secure crate, again well packaged and protected. I am now the proud owner of a black Birdlip greenhouse with all the trimmings and it looks fantastic and stylish in the garden. A tricky build, do follow instructions to the letter and you will be fine. One pane of glass was smashed, a quick call to customer services at Julianna group and the replacement arrived 2 days later at no extra cost. Fantastic customer service from start to finish, I can't recommend this company highly enough.

Ordering online was very easy. Delivery was on time as promised. The greenhouse instructions were easy to follow as all parts were labelled. Solid structure when completed.

Assembled our greenhouse ourselves. This is not a job to be rushed, very time-consuming and needs to be thought about, instructions not the best, but once you get into the swing of it we definitely had a sense of achievement! Had an issue with one of the glass panels, but spoke to customer service on the phone and had replacements couriered out and received in a couple of days. Again, do not under-estimate the assembly, but worth the effort for a great looking greenhouse.

Honestly, building a simple small wall garden greenhouse was one of the worst experiences I have had. The instructions are unclear, the pictures are different shades of grey/fuzzy and when you go on the website to find videos, the page doesn't exist. The same instructions online are less shades of grey but still not helpful. They couldn't make it harder for you to build if they tried. Lots of reviews I have read of similar experiences and yet the company have no actioned on this. I recommend not buying or paying the extortionate amount for someone to come make it for you (maybe thats why they make it so difficult for you...)

Love my Popular greenhouse, has withstood the winter so far, although I've had an issue with the doors screws shearing off: why, is a mystery. But Rachel Marsh of customer services could not have been more helpful in posting me spare parts, and offering sound advice with pics to guide me - whether the same problem will happen with the door in the future, I don't know - but I cannot fault their customer service team.

I have purchased a Popular 86 greenhouse with toughened glass from Halls Greenhouses. The order arrived complete on the 16th January, exactly as stated by Halls. Upon building the greenhouse over the weekend it wasn't until I was able to open the well packed glass panes I found one of them had shattered during transit. I totally understand that these things do happen no matter how well packaged the toughened glass is. I contacted halls on Monday morning and spoke to Rachel. She was extremely courteous and helpful and sent out a replacement pane which arrived today. Rachel also spotted that I had installed the glass retaining clips wrongly from the photos of the damaged glass I had previously sent via email ( the photo showed a damaged glass pane on the floor still in the packaging and the glass clip was only just visible in the corner of one of the photos. ) Rachel advised me of exactly how to correctly install the clips and sent me a video of how to do it. All in all very impressive customer service going above and beyond anything I have experienced before. I have now finished building the greenhouse and I am extremely happy with it.

I wanted parts for a greenhouse that is no longer made and they were able to supply them from Denmark as they didn’t have them in stock. Nothing was too much trouble. The staff phoned when they said they would and delivery was extremely prompt. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I bought a Qube 6x8 greenhouse from Halls for my wife's 40th birthday and am delighted with how it looks in the garden. We did have a small issue with two panes of glass being shattered in the box but Rachel from Customer Services was quick to get two replacement panels sent out.

The initial delivery was clear and the driver incredibly helpful.

Yes, it can be a bit of challenge to get it built, Instructions could be improved, but I didn't struggle too much.

Overall, incredibly happy and would recommend the company to anyone looking for a greenhouse.

I had a few problems understanding the instructions on the greenhouse, with diagrams hard to identify specific pieces. However, the customer support was fantastic, and in particular from Rachel, who was attentive, patient and very calm in resolving the issues I had… greenhouse is great too

Delivered as and when promised with helpful driver. Had slight problem with one part, this was rectified with alacrity. Would recommend.

We ordered a halls popular 6x6 greenhouse, every one we dealt with was polite and helpful, from when we needed help on accessories, the delivery driver as our property isn't easy to deliver too and when we contacted the spares department

The greenhouse is great quality, but please do something about the grey installation instructions. We puzzled over many of the pictures, written instructions alongside pictures would help. Installation of sliding door mechanism on the baseplate could be done earlier in the assembly thus avoiding laying on the ground to attach small bolts. We are both in our 70s and managed to assemble the greenhouse by ourselves after much head scratching.

I was impressed with the entire process.
The ordering was easy and they kindly corrected my mistake when I'd ordered the wrong downpipes. The delivery arrived on time and the driver was very helpful. The greenhouse arrived well packed and undamaged, the glass was packed in several boxes secured to a pallet. I checked the items against the contents list and it was complete.
I did have to contact the company regarding the door assembly and Rachel responded immediately with advice and some clearer pictures for the door assembly, as the printing in the instruction booklet for the smaller details wasn't very clear. I've assembled the greenhouse and I'm very pleased with the end result.

The process of ordering, arranging and receiving delivery were extremely simple and straightforward. The delivery was made by a smashing person who was very helpful. All the components were securely packaged. We have yet to erect the greenhouse and are looking forward to using it.

Ordering, delivery and quality are all 5 Star. However, as novices to greenhouses, the construction instructions were so poor they were disabling rather than enabling. Clearly written by and for people who are familiar with greenhouses and not people like us. Hence the reduced rating. We love a puzzle, we’re bright people but we were defeated by the poor quality and absence of clarity in the instructions.

The instructions are pictorial, not written. The pictures are poor quality and it’s impossible to differentiate between the pieces. We looked them up on line where the pictures were clearer but not sufficient enough to enable us to distinguish the right/wrong sides and the connection of differing profiles. There are different types and lengths of nuts but no explanation of where to use them. There are holes for some nuts but for others there are channels to slide them into, however there are no instructions that show this.

We contacted the Julianna Group directly after we had struggled for a couple of days and being unable to proceed beyond the first section. The Technical Manager made himself available to us and via a video call was able to explain the instructions with clarity that enabled us to proceed to successfully construct and put the lean to into use and it’s perfect. We couldn’t have done it without him and although that shouldn’t have been necessary we are extremely grateful for his guidance and support. He’s a star. 🌟

Customer service 5* but installation instructions 2*.

Installation instructions need much improvement, including clearer & better defined diagrams & photos. On-line PDF file instructions has low resolution imagery making it difficult to identify parts being connected to each other. Included paper instructions hopeless, either very poor photo copies or a low quality print output. Some of the images showing connecting parts were all a dark shade of grey making it impossible to define the individual parts.

For some strange reason there is another Halls Greenhouse Trustpilot review site that gives Halls an overall low star rating mainly due to similar comments re installation instructions. The same thing with Google reviews for Halls Greenhouses.

Rachel Marsh who is the main contact within customer service delivered excellent customer service to me throughout the purchasing & challenging installation processes, thank you Rachel.

One last thing, please note that the Halls Popular greenhouse range, unlike many of their competitors, do not come with included gutter ends or gutter drops, you have to buy these separately!

As you get older normally companies just do the bare necessities to sell you products . This company especially Racheal who dealt with me went above and beyond to help through out the whole buying and putting up . I could not of asked for more . Brilliant service and a great product that went together perfect . The after service is just as good too . Thank you
