SCAM WITH STOLEN PHOTOS (THE HUNTER KNIT ON THE PICTURES IS FROM MR MITTENS (DESIGN & PHOTOS)

UPDATE TO MY BELOW REVIEW - The company are now sending me threatening emails with "legal action" if I don't cancel my chargeback through my bank, and I will now be reporting them to trading standards.

If I could leave 0 stars I would.

Avoid this company at all costs - items are terribly made and they make you either pay for return to China or offer a measly 10% refund.

I'd imagine their items are made using either forced labour or unfair working conditions, not to mention the environmental impact from shipping.

I feel stupid and awful for buying this item, not knowing it was from China.

Please, do not buy from this website, if you care about humanitarian issues and the environment - you'll also end up with an awful item that you will lose money on. I feel so upset.

if i could put 0 stars i would, wish i had also googled reviews prior. like other feedback, items arrived weeks later order, items missing still havent been refunded for, items came looking absolutely nothing like the photos and the quality is absolutely shocking !!!!! customer services not replying and not refunding even the items not recieved never mind anything else! worst company ever dealt with. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Clothing don’t look like the pictures, quality is shocking, clothes didn’t come for weeks, customer service don’t respond acknowledging the return, still in the process of trying to return, half the items didn’t come.

Avoid at all costs!!! Cheap goods sent from China, awful quality and you can’t return basically, they make it so difficult it’s not worth it. You have to cover the cost of return back to China…

Dress was made from 100% Polyester and made embarrassingly badly, and it’s listed as worth £109, total scam! They always have a sale on to justify cost of dresses. Never ever buy from them!!! They should be investigated!

Terrible company. Didn’t tell me I needed a tracking number to get refund. I posted it back and paid and now they are refusing to give me a refund. Quality of product is AWFUL. STAY AWAY

This company took almost a month to send me a cheap, poorly made dress that looked nothing like the image advertised I have asked them for a QR code and/or instructions to return they ignore my messages so I have opened a case with PayPal for a full refund this is the worst company i have ever dealt with online in addition I am going to query PayPal why they continue to allow Hailey Rose to trade there has to be accountability not just for me but everyone else being scammed by this reprehensible Chinese-based company

DO NOT shop from this website. The blouse I ordered was the wrong fit & qas really bad quality, and I was told I could not return it. When I further complained they offered a 10% refund which I did not recieve. After deciding to wear the blouse, after one wash it has frayed. So unhappy! Still trying to get my money back since April

If I could give zero stars I would.
The dress I received is not the advertised article.
£49.99 for something I would not wear definitely was not a good buy.
Please don’t waste your money.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! All reviews on their website are fake and they wont publish any negative or true ones. Clothes are AWFUL. Don't be fooled by the pictures, they look NOTHING like them.

Please please don't order from this company.

It took 13 days for my dress to arrive, and when i tried to return it wasn’t within the ‘14’ days. They wont refund it and want me to pay the shipping. The best they will offer is 10% of the order. So £5 back for a £50 dress that doesn’t fit? It is an actual scam!! I have never had an experience like this before with an online retailer and I’m so gutted I didn’t look at these reviews first :( i thought it was legit because they use Shopify but i wont make that mistake again.

If I could give a minus review for this company I would. Complete scammers. I ordered a top which was a poplin blouse, it’s sub standard and looks like a reject from
SHEIN. The customer service is non existent they have stalled and delayed giving me a return address to get a refund. I reported to PayPal and have eventually sent the item back - to china! But still awaiting the tracking to say it’s arrived there. They tried to offer me a measly amount to keep the top which was about £3.
AVOID THESE SCAMMERS LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!

Took 7 weeks to arrive. It’s then arrived and is totally different colours from photos and the size is enormous. They are now saying I can’t have a refund because it’s more than 14 days when it arrived 12 days ago. Complete con.

Don’t order from here. It took weeks to get a refund! They don’t advertise they are actually shipping from China so if you want to refund it’s a £12 shipping fee you have to pay to send back the worst made piece of clothing ever received…..

DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY they are using another website's pictures to sell substandard clothes, I received what was meant to be a Poplin Blouse(Cotton) it was a polyester, badly sewn, badly sized, ill-fitting mess. I wouldn't even pass it onto anybody smaller in size than me as it is so bad.
I have been liaising with their customer services... got a returns address(China), £18.50 to return with no refund for that either, and no Guarantee that I will get a refund when it is returned ..
They have offered a mediocre refund that doesn't cover the cost of the item I received or the returns ?? The battle goes on !!!

Zero stars. This company is based in CHINA AND DOES NOT SAY ON THEIR WEBSITE. Orders take forever to arrive and you have to PAY FOR YOIR OWN RETURNS TO F*ing CHINA. They are misleading customers. Do NOT ORDER.

This revolting company sends you items which look nothing like the items advertised. They are clearly using photographs of genuine articles, presumably from other websites, but supply you with cheap imitations. They also claimed they were operating out of the UK when, in fact, they are based in China. They also expect you pay the expensive shipping costs when you wish to return the dreadful items. Thankfully I was able to get the money back through my credit card company. I urge other customers who have fallen foul of their fraudulent business model to do the same.

Disgusting company. Selling garments that’s are not the same as in the pictures. Completely fake and cheap nasty products. To return they refused to pay for postage even though the product is fake and postage was almost the price of the top to return as had to be sent to CHINA. Threatened me with law suit until I cancelled my cash back request. Companies like this should be shut down!!!

Their quality is absolute rubbish and nowhere near the pictures on their website, which are clearly stolen from reputable brands like Ganni. Trying to return an item is a nightmare. They ignore your messages initially, then demand evidence of the poor quality, and finally insist you send the item back to China with a tracked shipment that costs nearly as much as the product itself.

When I filed a chargeback with my bank, they threatened to take me to court and ruin my credit score if I didn't retract it. This shop is nothing but a scam. Avoid them at all costs! If you've already fallen victim, remember you can claim your money back through your bank. AVOID!
