The sweater I ordered was nothing like the photo. It was a very cheap item. I’ve contacted them multiple times since the day it arrived for a return and haven’t received any response at all. They allow for 14 days for return and if they don’t respond I will not be within the time frame. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

AVOID AT ALL COST! I keep getting the run around for the address to where to send my items back to & they will not send it to me. I wish I would have read the reviews before spending all this money & not getting a full refund now bcs they are a scam & will not send the address as to where to send all my terrible quality of closing back to!

Wish I had read these reviews before I ordered my dress, I hate being scammed. Ordered on the 22 October and still waiting, its my 60th soon and I wanted for that but from what I have read I have no. Hznce of getting it snd think I will be disappointed when it arrives

Sad that they can get away with this .

Dress was the cheapest polyester with plastic fringe. Not worth $72 and definitely not as pictured. Says you can return but they will give you the run around forever.

This review doesn’t even deserve one star! I obviously have been scammed! As the comments I have read state, my item is nothing like the item I ordered. Is there anything I can do ?
Also when I read the reviews before purchasing they were excellent so obviously false

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND WILL RIP YOU OFF! The items I received are NOTHING like the items I ordered. They won’t give me my refund. It’s awful.

Awful! Sweater looks nothing like the photo in real life. It's shrunken and cheap fabric. Wouldn't cover the butt of my daughter who is 5'4" and definitely not shaped like the one shown. It's awful..: communication is terrible and takes forever and then they offer a 10% discount!!

Ordered a fisherman sweater, arrived after a month. The only things worse than the item is the customer service. Been trying to initiate a return for 10 days and they will not provide their mailing address.

Ordered what looked like a beautiful black dress with fringe detailing on 2nd October, the dress has finally arrived today after multiple emails backwards and forwards and all I could do was laugh!! The website photographs and description are definitely not a true representation of the dreadful quality of the clothes. The "fringe" detailing has pretty much been made out of a bin bag! Never in a million years will I be gracing any establishment wearing this monstrosity. Given what others have said about their returns process and cost I think the only fit place for this garment is in fact a bin bag!

I knew this was a scam as soon as I saw the dress...bin liner hassles!?! why!! I bet I don't receive my refund. Do not buy from this company...atrocious...what's wrong with these people...fuming!!

Do not buy from this company. On the 6th October I placed an order for a dress. Despite chasing several times I just kept being told it was on is way and given a tracking number which said the item 'couldn’t be delivered' despite not being attempted. Today I found the item left on my doorstep 5 weeks after ordering. I cannot tell you how different the order is from the picture and advertising. It is supposed to have tassles all along the bottom but they are actually made out of plastic and look like shredded bin bags. I want to return the item immediately but reading their website makes it look like this is going to either be very difficult or practically impossible.

Thus company is a scam I’m unsure what to do but as soon as they post in Facebook I will be warning people not to purchase a total waste of 50 quid and will not respond to emails for a refund I’m
Looking into how to report this company the junket advertised was beautiful when it arrived its cheap yellow white acrylic I wouldn’t have Osidge even a tenner for hiw they can do rhis to people is morally wrong I won’t even get a fiver on vinted for this jumper pure scum this company

I wish I could give zero stars.
I ordered a black dress which had beautiful hassles on the bottom.
There were photos of people actually wearing the dress and good reviews.
I was conned.
The dress is far too big.
Far too long
The embellishment is meant to be beautiful stringy rhyme bits.
It actually looks like a bin bag cut up and stitched on.
TOTALLY AWFUL.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
I have submitted a request to return the item. From reading rh reviews I think they were all fake.
I feel a fool and I believe I will never be issued with a refund.

How I desperately wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing an item on this site. EVERY review written below is completely 100% true. This company is a complete SCAM. Avoid Avoid Avoid. Nothing on the site is real. Do not purchase anything on this site unless you are in the mood to throw your money away. The items they are advertising is nothing like what you will receive!!!!

Terrible company they do not get back to you when you wanna do a return or get your refund back. They ignore you and install. The item I ordered was not as pictured on their website. It was completely different and you can tell that they’re using fake pictures on their website please do not order from this company. It’s a terrible terrible company, it’s a scam. Please look at the other reviews as everyone else feels the same way.

Never buy anything from this scam company, you pay and never see what you have bought , they ignore messages and you can’t get hold of them. They should be shut down

The sweater I received was itchy. I am requesting a return label and they are delaying my return. Because they want a photo? Not sure how you can gauge a photo with itchy?? Then they say they have a strict 14 day return policy. Yes I bet you do seeing that you’re delaying my return! Do not buy from this company. I will never buy from them again.
