Took 2 months to receive Zero stars send a dress made of trash bags. Refused return. Dress not as pictured. Will send damages to small claims clurt

Terrible, horrible material, wrong sizes, looks nothing like the photos.
I wish I had found these reviews before buying online. This company should be ban from Instagram.
The take ages to reply, and returns have to be sent to china.
This ruins business for so many small businesses that are trying to do right.

This company is horrible. I purchased a dress and it did not fit. I contacted them and got a response 2 days later asking what was wrong. I emailed back and let them know. They have a 12 day return policy. I have sent them 2 more emails with no response. I am not sure where to send it back to since they use a logistic company. Never buy from these Chinese crooks..I learned my lesson.

This company operates out of China and engages in deceptive advertising practices, promoting products they do not actually sell. They use stolen photos from reputable websites to misrepresent items listed on Hailey Rose. Be cautious and avoid falling for these misleading promotions.

Delivery took around five weeks, and returning items is at the buyer's expense. The company may attempt to negotiate by offering a partial refund of up to 20% on the item you wish to return. Using PayPal can offer some level of protection against these issues.

I have emailed several times about a full refund request from Hailey Rose for 2 sweaters that were not what I ordered. They both look like little girl sweaters, I was offered a 10% discount and asked if I wanted to reorder a larger size, I said no! just send me the return address so I can return the sweaters, just back and forth emails no return address. So, I am complaining to the Federal Trade Commission and the State Consumer Protection Office in Louisiana and the State attorney General Liz Murrill about how this company Hailey Rose is scamming and defrauding consumers out of their money through false advising (I am attaching the picture of the oversize sweater from their website vs the 2 sweaters I received which are clearly not the same. I am attaching all the emails from me and Bern who signs the emails Best Regards, yes Best chance of refunding your money. I hope they will be shut down from during business in America. The company is out of Australia. Don't buy from these scammers!!!!!! Just Disgusting

If I could give no stars I would! The item arrived late and only got tracking as I had written about 5 emails asking where the parcel was! I had asked for a refund and they refused to give it to me and only offered me 10%, then 20%! Then the item arrived…wow just wow! It was horrible, actual un wearable, so I asked for a full refund (due to its bad craftsmanship…included photos and videos for their ref) and for some reason Bern refuses to give me a complete refund! That is when she actually responds!

Horrible horrible company, goes against all the retail laws in Australia and they are well hopeless! Don’t buy from them!!!

This company is complete scam, avoid at all costs. The product delivered was nothing like on there advertisement. I emailed immediately to initiate a refund, they asked what was wrong and if I could send them pictures. Straight away I knew I wasn’t going to get my money back, the tone, the style of the email. No return address, no information. A complete set up, appalling

wish I could give zero stars. The item I received looks NOTHING like the pictures online. The fabric is cheap and feels like it would fall apart after one wash. It’s clear that what was advertised and what I received are two completely different products. Customer service has been unhelpful, and returns are a nightmare. Save your money and avoid this company at all costs. Total scam!

Fraudulent company. Please save your money do not buy from here. I got scammed out of £70, the coat was nothing like the picture, China version basically. Refused to send me a return found every excuse under the sun even though the postal reciept said they received it. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE!!!!!

I ordered a dress it took over a month to get it. The dress was nothing like the advertisement. The thing is made of plastic and it falls off every second so you will be leaving a trail of plastic if you wear it.

ordered a sweater and appalled at the difference in the product i received. has taken 5 emails to even get a response from them. have sent photos showing the product in their advert and the item i received. they have just emailed to say 'as a small company they can't offer returns' but i can get 10% refund on £55 sweater. absolute scam. do not order form this company

The dress I ordered looked like a shredded plastic trash bag at the bottom!!! It was supposed to be fringes but it's literally strips of plastic!! Now, they don't want to return my full refund! they are only offering me 10%!!! This plastic dress was 70 bucks!!

Ordered a dress & as soon as I opened the shipping package I knew it looked nothing like the picture on the website. I immediately reached out to initiate a return by following the instructions on their page. They would not provide a shipping address. Instead, they offered to refund 10% of my money. When I refused they offered 25% of my money back. I told them they needed to honor what was indicated on their website… no response. Do NOT order anything from them.

I’ve waited a couple of months for dress and e mailed , asked for refund twice. The dress, well what the hell!!!!!! It’s plastic feathers , I’ve never seen anything like it in my life even fancy dress costumes are better quality . It’s absolutely shocking!!!!! Do not buy this is cheap Chinese rubbish . £45 down the drain as you can’t return and they ignore your e mails . Wish I’d seen the reviews before ordering , expensive mistake that I’ll learn from.

0 score! As other reviews trying to return a dress which is supposed to have detail fringing!! ITS LIKE A BLACK BIN BAG! Reporting this to my bank do not order. They do not provide any returns address. AVOID AVOID HAILEY ROSE!

AWFUL!!!! I ordered the oversized sweater and a completely different product arrived!
What arrived was acrylic, yellow, and incredibly small…not at all the product pictured on their website. It took many back and forth emails and the best they could offer was a 25% reimbursement! Horrible customer service AND false advertising!

Not what the site advertised- ordered oversized knit sweater and it was all acrylic and yellow instead of off white wool and super small with no tags . What a rip off- nowhere to return it . Beware fake china at its finest- I knew I should have done it…want to post a photo but can’t see where

The sweater arrived with no label. Clearly fast fashion from china. Totally unbranded. The website says you can return for 14 days. The only contact is an email. I emailed saying I wanted to return and got a response asking how they can help make it right. I said the sweater didn't fit and asked how I can return it. radio silence. I emailed everyday with no response. This site is a scam. Do not order from them. Wish I had read reviews.

I wish I checked their reviews before I purchased. The pictures are all scams. Quality so bad . Not even the same color. I’ve been contacted them and they want a photo of theirs SHITTY products . It’s been several weeks now. I’m contacting the bbb. I’m making sure no one get scammed by them. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Disgraceful tactics ripping off the public with cheap nasty good that are not fit for purpose stealing other companies photos and marketing the goods as there own they should be shut down and removed from social media with the amount of complaints that are made pray for karma on them all 😡

Dreadful experience with this company it should be shut down for false representation and theft as it used the original clothing website to sell its own cheap products tricking the consumer at every opportunity its main base is china but shows an address in the UK. REPORT them for selling false products. When after multiple emails the product arrives and you see the item looks nothing good like what you ordered they then ignore you so you cannot return. I reported to my bank who are now investigating and have made contact with the company my bank has also refunded my purchase cost we need to stand up to these corrupt vendors once and for all AVOID at all cost
