Starting off I was really nervous
Starting off I was really nervous. The staff at Hader are excellent, I was lucky to have Ashlee guiding me through the whole process and made the entire process really easy. Hader was unknown to me, after speaking with Ash, its an obvious choice to go to for studying. Couldn't rate his service higher.

I have been very anxious thinking about tackling my first roll play. My trainer Cayan went through a roll play in class tonight with us. It was awesome to see how it’s done and what the expectations are. I now actually can’t wait to get one done!

Not great
I joined Hader as a student after reading great google reviews and initially things were good.
The staff who helped me with enrolment were lovely, however things started to fall apart immediately after I was enrolled.
Classes and recordings were somewhat interesting and delivered by lovely people but were plagued with technical issues. When it came to assessments, discord was relied upon entirely to form groups for the required roleplays. My experience with one of the higher-level members of the team based in Melbourne wasn't great and my experience with the philippinnes team was good, but heavily scripted.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend Hader, but maybe they will turn it around.
