Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish
Cannot fault them

Aaron and Neal turned up at the time they stated. Were very professional. Placed our hot tub where are asked. They set up the cleaning cycle times and explained the controls and to fill the spa,change filters and when to change the water. Hats off to you guys for doing an amazing job it that unruly heat.

The team are so helpful, not only with my hot tub purchase but the after sales has been second to none. Thanks to Molly, Katie and Rich. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!!

From start to finish the team have been great. Keeping us informed of what needs done . Making sure we were ready for the hot tub being delivered so we wouldn't have any issues. Aaron and Ty were great from the off. Letting us know they were running a little late, setting everything up talking us through what they were doing at all points. Went through everything making sure we were happy and understood what to do before they left. Great company from start to finish so happy with our purchase and the customer care. Would highly recommend

From the start where we spoke to Pauline regarding the various hot tubs. She was great at helping us decide what we wanted and needed. She was always responsive to our questions and got back to us every time. Kate who arranged the logistics was also so helpful and always got back to us quickly. We took delivery of our hot tub today. We included the set up service. This was done by Ty and Leighton. I don’t think we have ever had such professional and courteous delivery and installation professionals. They explained and demonstrated everything so clearly and were patient with our questions making sure we were happy. Fabulous service all round. First class.

We purchased a hot Today and we have been using their maintenance, close down and opening service . We always have extremely polite and caring staff coming to our house , we particularly appreciate all the help from Aaron & Neal, who was so professional and helpful. Thanks to all

Tony and Neal were great. Hot tub was installed and delivered as agreed. Everything was explained to us, all questions answered. Whole process was smooth with regular updates

Excellent help and advice during the purchasing process, easy to arrange purchase and deliver and the delivery team were great, installed it quickly and helped with ongoing maintenance. Just waiting to use it now!

From start to finish, old tub removal to new tub set up Molly and the team have provided timely communication and professional service. Ty and Neal, who fitted the tub were excellent and very informative. Would highly recommend.
