I want to make others aware of my experience with this company so they know what to expect. When my hot tub was moved, only two men were sent, even though more men had moved it previously with no damage at all. One of the men became injured during the move, and after that he refused to move the tub properly. Because of this, the job wasn’t completed safely and it caused significant damage to my hot tub.

I later discovered damage on the other side of the tub when the wrap was removed on 29th August. The men never mentioned this, even though it is clearly visible in the photos. I reported it immediately.

The company told me they would send replacement panels, but I still haven’t received anything. I was originally told the panels were £70 each, and now they are claiming they are £25, which is unrealistic and not consistent with what their own staff said.

My advice to anyone using this company is to request their insurance details before any work is carried out, and make sure everything is documented. Based on my experience, I would not recommend them.

I originally left this review because my £180 deposit for a Move Your Spa relocation was taken directly by H2O Spa Limited t/a H2O Hot Tubs. At no point was I told the companies were separate, and all communication about the move and the damage came through Move Your Spa. The move caused damage to my hot tub, I was promised replacement panels, and nothing ever arrived. I spent months trying to resolve this and received no outcome. I have now been asked to remove my review, but given that H2O took the payment for the service and the issue was never resolved, I feel it is fair to keep this review in place to make others aware of my experience.

Amazing service amazing people amazing hot tub or more. Can you say no problems from the moment? I made an enquiry from then to be shown the varieties to suit my needs which beat my local suppliers thank you so much H20 Molly and Katie Stephen and Tony.

Very disappointing experience

I paid £180 when booking a hot tub relocation. On the day, the move was not completed.

The driver then spoke to the office and agreed that I could pay a further £105 cash, bringing the total paid to £285. I paid this believing the matter had been agreed and dealt with.

I then got home to an email from the Managing Director demanding another £120 and stating that if I did not pay it, they would pursue the full £670 booking price, despite the hot tub not having been moved at all.

I eventually paid the extra £120 simply to draw a line under the matter, meaning I paid £405 in total for an unsuccessful relocation.

Their terms state that if there are access problems or preparation issues, the full relocation fee can still be payable, so I would strongly advise anyone booking to be very clear on this beforehand — you could potentially end up paying the full amount even though the move is not completed.

I was also surprised by the amount of cash payment involved and would recommend getting every price and agreement confirmed clearly in writing before the day.

The HIAB that attended also appeared considerably smaller than the HIAB the seller showed me had originally been used to place the hot tub at the property. I am not a lifting specialist, so I cannot say whether it was technically unsuitable, but it certainly left me lacking confidence in proceeding with them again.

Overall, very poor customer service in my experience. I chose them because they were local and had good reviews, but I would not use them again or recommend them for a hot tub relocation.

Great customer service

Thank you very much Tony and Stephen. Amazing job on the day you already went above and beyond to help It the hot tub being installed and it was a success. It wasn’t an easy one as you probably anticipated when you rocked up and certainly after having to go through multiple fences, I really appreciate that thank you. Would definitely recommend your service much appreciated.

Even after a very long day for the installation team, they were very pleasant, friendly and professional.
The installation went smoothly. There was an unhurried approach to the chemical explanation ( which was very thorough).
All in all a very good experience.

Received my just for 2 hot tub on 28.8.26,
The 2 engineers where very helpful and informative,
They put the hot tub where I wanted it,
They explained how to use the chemicals,
Also the controls how to use them. I recommend the company excellent service

Great service as always

Aaron went above and beyond to complete the annual service for our hit tub - staying late to make sure it was all completed fully - highly recommend H20 for hot tubs.

From beginning to end H20 Hot Tubs were 1st Class . From Molly & Katie helping us choose the best Tub for us, and answering any questions we threw at them they promptly got back to us. Delivery went smoothly and would highly recommend paying extra for Tony & Stephen to set it up , they were fantastic, even though it was pouring with Rain. The whole Team were very knowledgable and extremely friendly . Would definitely recommend H20 100%.

From the initial enquiry the service was great, prompt responses and able to answer our questions.
The delivery guys were professional and very knowledgable about the hot tub and spent time positioning it and setting up ready for use.

We purchased this hot tub online. Everything done through WhatsApp and email. What a smooth service it was. I’m not going to lie, when they asked for payment 7 days before delivery it crossed my mind it was a scam. I would highly recommend the company. The two men who delivered were great, Ty and leighton were brilliant. Went through everything nice and slow do we understood. A thumbs up from us.

What brilliant lads happy guys very pleasant . Installed hot tub nothing was to much trouble answered any questions that I wasn’t sure of very clear at explaining.made sure everything was okay before leaving. Fully recommend these guys Tony & grant thankyou well done ..Mr &Mrs Bright ..

Dan did a fantastic service on my hot tub. Dan was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful with tips on keeping my hot tub gleaming. Can’t rate Dan and the service high enough. A+++

From start to finish, this was a great experience.

Molly was our initial contact when making enquires and she couldn’t have been more helpful.

Then Katie took over with the logistics. I sent a video of the delivery route from my drive through to the place the tub would end up. Katie provided useful and accurate advice which saved a lot of hassle on delivery day ( our tub is in a tight cosy spot )

Then Tony & Neal delivered the tub, Those guys are fantastic, they even remembered I had just come off a night shift, so rang my fiancé to tell her they had arrived, rather than knocking on the door and potentially waking me. I was already up, but this was a nice touch and proves they care about their customers.

They then put the tub in place and went through a detailed presentation, fitted the addition insulation, and wired it up. Very approachable guys that know their stuff.

The hot tub is stunning, the build quality is brilliant and the jets are very powerful and adjustable, the lighting is amazing as well.

To clarify, this is for a pure bliss with the gold package, but without the full installation, as we are experienced tub owners and water setup and balance is nothing new for us and building the basket carrier was straight forward for me.

The pure bliss was the only tub we could find that would fit in our space ( 180x180 )
As we built our pergola around our previous inflatable tub.

Highly recommend these guys!! I’d give 10 stars if I could.

Well what breathe of fresh air this company is from walking in to the showroom right through to the fitting of the hot tub was absolutely pleasant and straight forward experience no pushy sales we were left to look around and choose the one for us but the excellent advice was on hand when we needed it excellent communication with Katie prior to delivery and excellent del and installation from Tony and Leighton great lads left me with great advice on how to use the tub excellent company 100% recommend.

Lee and Simon d were fantastic really helpful delivered out hot tub on time and with care very informative and really lovely blokes thanks guys 😊
