Good bit of kit my only criticism is the bar and pin is too short. When your on the top pulley the pin can sometimes come out of the weights with a potential for injury and just general annoyance.

Great delivery and a great quality product
Delivery was faster than I expected, I hadn't realised they did next day delivery. The man who brought in my cable cross machine did so as if he was a machine himself, bringing two 25kg boxes at a time like they were pillows.
I found it to be really straightforward to build, two people are needed to fit the crossbar but otherwise it was easy. The instructions are minimal and overwhelming on first look but they are clear once you take the time to understand them.
The machine is sturdy and feels premium for the price. The plates are concrete so they are large for their weight but they do the job. A minor issue is that for certain exercises, the pulley stack reaches the top of the pulley a little soon, so the exercises need to be adapted. Even with the chains attached they are a little short for some, although I could always get more chains.
Very pleased with my purchase. It was £399 at the time of purchase with a wopping £40 delivery fee, but considering the delivery was excellent, and that it was such a heavy delivery, I think it was worth it.

Good Quality
I'vr bought a squat rack [Order #GM-41210] landmine and landmine attatchents [Order #GM-42497] from Gym Master in the past two years.
I'll continue to use them as there equipment is very good quality, so much so that when upgrading my gym the value of the squat rack hadn't lost any value whatsoever.
I've only had good experiences with Gym Master and I'll use them again when upgrading my home gym.

Excellent company, great customer service.
Bought a plyo box for box squats (2nd different height one from GM) and a pair of their proper heavy duty J hooks for my rack. Mainly to use for bench press due to the very low front edge, and it'll save me time swapping my other set of standard GM hooks around too.
Usual GymMaster quality, everything I own from them, which is a lot, is excellent quality and great value for money.
Also worthy of note is the customer service. One of the J hooks arrived with two of the protection pads on the mount missing. I contacted them, a few emails later and I had the missing parts delivered very quickly. I asked for this solution rather than a return and a new set sent out as it seemed the fastest and simplest way to resolve it. So even when things aren't right they're support is top notch.
Personally I'd recommend GymMaster to anyone looking to setup a home gym or even just buy something smaller and frequently have done. The quality to price ratio is amazing and they've got the customer support to back it up.

Ordered some new weight plates and 6ft Olympic bar . The plates and bar are great quality for the money really impressed with them . I put the order in Thursday afternoon and they arrived at 8.45 Friday morning well ahead of schedule. Couldn’t be more impressed with this company first time using them but will now be my go to company for my home gym equipment.
