Cable crossover multiple item order
I purchased the cable crossover, a squat rack and some bars. Order arrived one day ahead of schedule (one of the boxes of weight stacks was delayed by one day, so still on time), customer service was excellent communication by phone and email. Equipment is good quality, instructions could be improved, but were workable. Prices were the best I’ve seen. I can definitely recommend and would buy from them again.

Great customer service
DX Express are a notorious courier to deal with, and ultimately had to go and collect from the depot - the only reason for -1 star.
Kit seems nice and solid. A couple of washers and a bolt had escaped after DX had mishandled the packaging, but Gym Master customer service were straight on it and got the missing bits sent without delay.

Rating 2 starts due to the poor customer service I've ordered twice with no problems but the third time they messed up the delivery big time, ordered next day delivery and waited for over a week just for them to keep saying the same thing over and over saying it'll be shipped the next day it still aint been shipped so now I'm waiting for my refund

Unfortunately, in this instance the courier has let us down badly. This was shipped on 07.05.2025, but the courier did not attempt to deliver it to yourself. This is extremely poor service, and we sincerely apologise.
We were chasing the courier throughout the delay in order to get this delivered for you, but it only ended up going out for delivery yesterday 14.05.2025. By this time you had requested a refund, which we have since issued for you.

Delivery was a nightmare when it…
Delivery was a nightmare when it finally arrived the bar was supposed to be new and it arrived all scratched and very slimy like oily which was a bit disgusting I had to clean it but took photos right away of the micro dents and very visible scratches on the ends of the bar. I think if you buy a new product should arrive brand new no scratches and definitely not slimy you should wipe it before you pack it. Not happy at all and the delivery service they chose the first 2 days when it was supposed to be delivered they kept me indoor all afternoon waiting and then send an email each day saying that they missed me🙄 which I stayed in quietness like a mug waiting for them and they insisted I was not in like TFk? Then the next 2 days they said every day they will come and then were sending me texts saying they won’t be able to the weekend came and it was rescheduled the 5th time for Monday (yesterday) and it arrived at last all oily and scratched. 🙄🙄🙄 BTW in regards to they response to this. They offered me a 3£ refund which I found it offensive I have the emails and afterwards they at my every reply they sent back the same drafted identical text over and over until I got irritated and told them to stop emailing me.
They are not to be trusted so my advice is do not order from them.

DPD won't deliver to safe place.
Ordered a product but let down by the delivery service. For some reason a £30 product can't be delivered to a neighbour or safe place.
Gymaster then assured me that the delivery service would deliver to a neighbour and they didn't.
I appreciate this isn't gym master but with a £7 delivery fee that I have paid, I expect better delivery partner service and this is with gymaster.
Mirafit have an amazing service in comparison using DHL.

Great product and customer service
The whole process was great! Payment scheme was easy followed by Quick delivery and excellent product. I had a bit of a problem regarding set up and decided to call dreaded customer service whom we all hate . Not I. This company! It was so lovely to speak to someone who could understand exactly what the problem was and was able to sort it out over the phone. I have started using the dumbells and cannot wait to see results.
