Tasty indian sweets; excellent customer service - Ordered sweets for myself for Diwali which came as expected and were very enjoyable. Also ordered to be delivered for my son as a gift; when it didnt arrive and I emailed Gupta's , they said I had made an error and it was booked for the week after. They said they managed to contact the courier to come back and my gift order was delivered the next day. Amazing service, and my son also found the sweets extremely good

The delivery was on time and packed beautifully.Everything looked as good as in the Website. Few snacks were really good (fuli ganthiya and gulab jamun). However there were some diapointments as well, Kaju katli did not taste like kaju katli at all. They replaced two of other snacks (I believe our preference might not be available). I tried to contact them through their cutomer stervice email which was not helpful and I am still waiting to hear from them. I was advsied to enjoy the items they sent. Though I understand it could be due to busy timing. I am hopeful they will look at my mail again and reply.

Sweets are always tasty and nice and delivered in time. This year one of my pack was missing however they were quick to respond and refunded the money

Extremely disappointed with the order this time. They delivered the wrong item order. I had ordered pedhas and they sent me Mysore Pak. When I called up about this the person on the telephone was very rude and tried to explain to me what a pedha was. When I stopped him and told him I knew the difference between a pedha and mysore pak he was not happy. He was curt and asked he to call later to discuss this. He was not even willing to say that he would refund me for the inconvenience that caused me with the wrong item being delivered.

Also, there was a long black hair in the kachoris we had ordered. We had to throw them away.

This order was specially ordered for diwali and the worng item meant that we could not perform our puja properly. And the hair in the kachori was just off putting. The quality of standards have slipped.

I will not order again.

Delivery was quick. Everything we ordered, both sweet and savoury, was enjoyed by everyone

All the sweets and savouries ordered were tasty, well packed and safely delivered

Sweets were just ok. Motichoor laddoo was disappointing. The good thing was the sugar was very balanced on the lower side. Samosa were small and no different then the frozen ones you get in superstore. Matar Kachori was ok-ish. All right n all, not the best taste for our buds.

Delivery went very well. Sweets were of average taste and with too mich sugar

The delivery was done very precisely and neatly packed, I received them all fresh and they stayed fresh until more than 10 days, and not to forget to mention about the taste, it was exceptionally great, flavoured that Indian festive vibe with the sweets I ordered

Quantity is not too good and size as well

This time Guptas did not match our expectations. Ladoos was not fresh they were very small in sizes. We expect to be written thank you message on every single box which was not. We have to go to another sweet shop and buy ladoos and distribute to our nears and dear ones. We were looking forward to enjoy Mithai on Diwali. Huge disappointment
