I bought a 90 L compressor from GT Air 3 years ago which had performed perfectly. Recently half way through a spray job the compressor suddenly stopped without reason. I contacted GT Air and spoke to Ryan who then spent over an hour with me on the phone leading me through a trouble shooting exercise. The problem was a minor power supply issue and was rectified.
I want to express my sincere gratitude to him and the company for the help and patience showed in helping me resolve the issue. I would unhesitatingly recommend this company for the quality products and the exceptional customer service.

I bought HALF High Volume 1/2" Air Treatment Kit and the PCL Filter only has thread on one side of the input port. The Draper 1/2 hose supplied does not have swivel fittings making it very hard to join every thing up. The day I received the kit it was shown as no longer available. The phone number says no support between 11am and 4pm. My first experience with GT Air has not much to recommend it.
BUT:
GT Air were quick to offer a full refund and having now spoken now spoken to Ryan at GT Air who dealt with me and my angry and disappointed manner in a very calm and polite way, we have now agreed to exchange the PCL Filter instead of the whole kit. PCL's quality control was really to blame here.

90l air compressor plastic wheel broke. Unfortunately replacement out of stock - waited for about a month and had stock for larger compressor, same size, just more robust so ordered that instead - had to order two as singles not available - now have a spare:)
