I had an excellent experience. My surgeon, Mr Webb, performed my hip surgery with expertise, and I felt well cared for by the entire team throughout. After a decade of pain and discomfort, the surgery has made a tremendous improvement to my quality of life. Highly recommended.

I had a truly excellent experience with Dr. James White for my major rotator cuff tear surgery from start to finish. The turnaround from initial consultation to surgery and follow-up appointments was impressively quick, which gave me a lot of confidence and peace of mind.
Dr. White explained everything very clearly at each stage, ensuring I fully understood the procedure and recovery process. He is a very good listener and took the time to address all my questions without ever making me feel rushed.
What really stood out is how approachable and available he is; he made himself accessible whenever needed, even offering support via Zoom, which was incredibly reassuring.
Overall, the care and professionalism I received were outstanding, and I would not hesitate to recommend him.

While the surgery itself may have been technically successful, the overall experience fell well below what I expected from a private healthcare provider. Communication before and after the operation was poor, with little proactive support or clear guidance throughout recovery. I received no meaningful explanation of how the surgery went, no written summary, and had to repeatedly chase for operation notes, appointments, physiotherapy coordination, and even medication follow up. The two week follow up appointment felt rushed and lacked privacy, with limited opportunity to ask questions or discuss recovery concerns. Due to the lack of communication and confidence in the aftercare, I ultimately felt the need to seek advice from another surgeon. Overall, the experience felt disjointed and uncoordinated.

I cannot recommend Tim Sinnett highly enough. From the very beginning, he took a thoughtful and preventative approach to treatment, exploring every option carefully rather than rushing straight into surgery. When surgery did become necessary, I felt completely confident in his hands.

The procedure itself was handled brilliantly, and the aftercare I received was absolutely superb throughout. Tim was professional, reassuring, and genuinely caring at every stage of the process.

When it comes to something as important as feet, you want the very best care possible, and that is exactly what I received. I’m incredibly grateful for the outcome and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

I saw Mr Patel after I sprained my ankle a few months ago and didn’t feel I was recovering. He was professional and took his time to explain my situation and ensure I understood. I didn’t feel rushed at all and he made sure I left with a full understanding and next steps to recover. Certainly wouldn’t hesitate in recommending him to anyone

I was suffering worsening pain in a joint in my foot when I first consulted Mr Sinnett. He cut out the bony spurs causing the pain and has made hiking a pleasure again. Consultations were at HCA Healthcare on the King's Road, Chelsea , with a choice of hospitals for the operation. All appointments were on time and very focussed, in perfectly clean surroundings. My wound has healed quickly and the scar is fading. I am grateful for the excellent care and very professional skills of Mr Sinnett and the teams supporting him.

Mr White saw me when my shoulder was very sore after a fall. He recommended a steroid injection, this seemed to help as my shoulder has now recovered. he was patient with my poor hearing and slow understanding

From my first appointment to getting my MRI scan and X-ray to getting the treatment I need it was dealt with at an extremely high level of care and with such quickness. Would highly recommend the Grosvenor Orthopaedic Partners!

Mr Hislop gave me excellent advice and support in preparing, undergoing and recovery from a hip replacement operation. He explained everything very clearly and ensured the pain relief and follow up physio was implemented. I have had a swift recovery and five -star treatment.

I got my appointment on the same day of asking. I thought the knee consultant Mr Hislop was really welcoming and straight to the point. Looking through MRI scans and in agreement with a previous surgeons recommended treatment. Professional, friendly and quick.

We cannot thank Dr. Hislop enough for the exceptional care he provided during my mother's hip replacement. The surgery went beautifully and she is recovering wonderfully. As a family, we felt reassured and supported throughout the entire process. His skill and professionalism have made a real difference to our mum's quality of life and we are truly grateful. Mr Mike Williamson was extremely helpful with what was quite a nasty Ankle impaction and sprain injury, made the process clear and was honest about when and how to expect results.

I had an appointment with Mr Hislop for my knee. He was the upmost professional & had an incredible attention to detail. His attitude and engagement made me feel apart of the decision making process. He made me feel very comfortable in knowing he is making the decisions in my best interest. I would highly highly recommend Mr Hislop for any hip or knee issues in the future, he is an amazing surgeon!

Mr White was very much helpful with the issue I have on my shoulder. With some physio sessions requested it has improved a lot 👍🙏

My daughter injured her knee in an important netball trial. We needed to get back to the selectors ASAP regarding her fitness to play. Mr Webb and Jenna (his amazing secretary) understood our needs and went out of their way to accommodate our requirements. I called on a Friday and was given an appointment on Monday. Mr Webb's examination was thorough and his explanations clear. He 'got' my daughter and her desire to get back on the court. When an MRI was required an appointment was made for us later that day (which Jenna booked ultra efficiently). A telephone consultation with Mr Webb followed the next day and the MRI results and the next steps made clear. I can't thank Mr Webb and Jenna enough for being so helpful and for understanding our needs so completely. Unfortunately knee injuries in netball are common and should we need help in the future we will certainly be returning to Mr Webb.
