Until the takeover by Keyto Group Green Thumb were good especially the field based staff who now, in my view. are the only people who can save the company.
Head Office are out of touch with reality and clearly don't understand that without the field force and customers they wouldn't have a busines.
In my career I have been heavily involve in takeovers, both ways and had any been managed (oxymoron) like this there would have been many people looking for other employment.
The head office staff are clearly frightened to put their name or direct contact detals on any correspondene and dialing in is a joke which given the lousy admin service I can understand.
Before you do any business with this company I would seriously suggest you consider how much you are prepared to put up with trying to deal with nameless wonders in head office.
It is the field force I really feel sorry for as their jobs are being destroyed by head office staff who dont appear to have and capability in working with custom facing teams.
1/6 pm Had a response from Gill (Thank-you) suggesting I contact customer relations with the details so they can look into it. This reconfirms my view, I am a customer they have my name I have complained many times and clearly they appear to be overwhelmed with complaints and appear never to speak to the customer facing field operatives.
I used to be well looked after by the Lichfield Franchise which clearly I believe are being destroyed by incompetent Directors and Management. To try and do a take over in one big bang , clearly without a testing and roll out plan is crazy but they Head Office Directors dont appear to care.
With all the problems and a request for a dialogue all I keep getting is no reply reminders of a new booking, the latest one being for 10th June.
I cancelled my Direct Debit which I thought would have triggered a need for a discussion but silence was the answer, leaving it to the field force to try and placate me !!
They clearly don't care about customers but please think about the wonderful field force that you are clearly on a mission to destroy. in my opinion.

My first lawn treatment appointment was originally booked online for 26/05/26, except they arbitrarily moved it to 02/06/26 without any conversation with me.
Due to a lack of response to my emails, I called in and spoke to a representative at my local branch who promised to try and correct the issue, but nothing was resolved nor communicated.
In the space of 2 weeks, multiple emails were ignored by both the local branch and central customer support.
After returning from nearly two weeks away, where I was unable to make phone calls, yet kept emailing them in vain, I found my garden completely overgrown and had still received no confirmation that a duplicate direct debit had been cancelled.
Will opt for a competitor.

Green Thumb have a great service. They explain what they are going to do, and when, allowing time to alter dates if required.
If they are delayed due to any issues, they inform us promptly.

Have been a customer of Green Thumb for a number of years, have received a very professional service with quality products used. We have experienced a couple of blips with seasonal treatments probably due to weather circumstances at time of treatment however overall, highly recommended.
Green Thumb works for us.

Have loved using Green Thumb until recently and always been impressed with the contact and service. However, I now have a brown lawn and more weeds than I can count. I sent pictures a week ago and have not had any response apart from a standard 'we've received your email'. I have now cancelled my monthly payment and will spend the money on treating it myself or finding someone else local who can bother to a) communicate and b) make my lawn look better than it does now.

Communication has gone to pot. Been happy with them for a decade then they centralise their systems noone answers the phone, e mails or messages sent from my login account. I will see how the summer goes but the random dates they give me often are not convenient and need to be changed pretty difficult if you cannot get through

Lewis did a great job on my lawn as it was quite long. He was very polite and personable. I would have given 5 stars but the offer said that you would clear up all cutting and leave the garden neat and tidy. By that I thought you would take away the cutting but that's not the case.

What has happened to your Customer Service?
I would like to state that it is awful, but it is worse than that - nobody answers the telephone (it just goes to a queue that never gets answered - I have so far spent 2hrs 30 waiting across multiple calls) , if you place a support call or email - you simply get an acknowledgment, but no further contact.
As a longstanding customer - I expect more. I have now tried to cancel my account, but even this is difficult as you cant speak to anyone. I expect a refund as I have now overpaid - but I dony hold out much hope
